I walked into a calm, relaxing atmosphere. Once you exit the lobby area and go to the back, the lights are dim. The changing area was clean, there was a locker to put my personal belongs in, and the robe and sandals were super comfy. There was a shower and a toilet and a waiting area outside the restroom with an electric fireplace on the wall. The massage itself was super relaxing and enjoyable. The woman who did my massage spoke softly asking me what areas I'd like her to focus on and what would be included in my massage. She gave me clear direction and privacy. She was firm, and worked out a knot in my shoulder and did a full body massage. There was calming music playing softly. At the end, they gave me a cup of tea to drink while I changed. I was not rushed in the beginning or the end. I would absolutely love to come here again one day for another massage. The main thing that stops me from getting massages on a more regular basis is the cost!

When I requested my medical records, what I received appeared incomplete and did not seem to include several pre- and post-operative interactions I personally recall. I felt unsupported during a time when I was experiencing complications and needed postoperative guidance. This was verbally agreed upon, but when my skin showed improvement, they failed to follow through on their promise. Instead of offering the agreed-upon laser treatment to address the issues, I was told to go to a dermatologist--leaving me with unresolved damage and no accountability for the harm done. The treatments destroyed my skin, causing severe damage that left me with the damage--severe painful cystic acne covering my face scarring, texture changes, extreme dryness, compromised skin barrier everything burns, physical and emotional pain. I trusted their expertise and was hoping for a solution, but not only did I not get the promised refund or treatment, but I also feel misled and disrespected by the lack of follow-through and the poor outcome. I would not recommend this business to anyone looking for reliable and effective skincare solutions. The receptionist was nice and helpful and the whole experience and set up was positive. Ample onsite parking and it's the office to the right when you enter from the parking lot.

Honestly there are literally over a million variations as they have over 100+ base scent oils for both men and women that you can mix in different ratios to find your own unique scent. I bought a few like that including bergamot, patchouli, musk and magnolia! They all smelled beautiful. You can also pick and choose from over 1,000 brand name perfumes in stock. Bonus is they also have a huge variety of incense, Oud's and everything scentful you can imagine in this store! Zajil helped me pick the scents to mix together.
