Dr Shadi stood out to me among many other cosmetic dentists in south east Michigan for his perfect work, demeanor and the staff . I had looked at thousands of photos of teeth online and even considered flying to another state to have work done . So happy I found him . The ladies in the office are all incredibly kind . I joked to my partner after my first visit that everyone was too nice !!! I went to consults at two other dentists who specialize in veneers and crowns and I was not impressed . One wanted a consult fee upfront just to see me and not do any work , the other was a bit stuffy . The other dentists I passed on , I didn't like their esthetic . Long story short, I needed expansive restorative dentistry because my mouth was full of inlays , old cavities and new , thanks to genetics , and my teeth were crooked after years of braces in my teens . I wore a retainer for 10 + years EVERY NIGHT as an adult . Earlier this summer I received a crown from Dr . Shadi and they were so kind to me with adjustments and the temporary . No one pressured me to do anything and the doctor even offered to try a filling to be cost effective but eventually I would need a crown down the line . I never felt like a bother even though I know I might be. Everytime I asked about doing more cosmetic work , they didn't try to sell me on a thing even though I knew I wanted to move forward . I essentially point blank said please give me options for cosmetic work NOW ! They were phenomenal with their patience and guidance . Right now , I'm in "temporary teeth" that look like final real amazingly perfect teeth. They are spectacular . I couldn't be happier .

I was in pain and they were compassionate and caring throughout the whole procedure. Dr Shadi listened to my complaints and he was very informative. I felt optimistic about my oral health after leaving. He taught me things about oral hygiene and care that no doctor has ever explained to me in any of my dental procedures in the past. I was seeking to purchase the Cecred haircare products at the store when I noticed online that the Salon offered Cecred hair care treatment options. Overjoyed to experience the products, I scheduled a salon appointment. While there I inquired about adding a hair trim, I was informed it would be 47.00 (well perhaps this makes sense within the package of a shampoo and conditioner but not as an add on when you are already getting a shampoo and conditioner) As, it doesn't matter how short/long or how little is being cut. I later noticed the website does offer as neckline trim and a bang trim for $10.00 and that was what I was expecting as well, due to my hair being short (literally 1-3 inches and curly-this would literally be a 5 min job, doesn't require a neck lineup. Although, it would be nice to throw in. I also noticed on the website that there are 5 different haircut options, some include shampoo and conditioner, but others do not. So let me get this right Cecred hair treatment at $35.00 or $45.00 (depending on the one I select) + 47.00 for a very slight trim, no matter the length, is a total of $82.00-92.00....... seems a bit unreasonable. Lets try it the other way, get the Curl cut because my hair is short and curly for $62.00 which comes with a shampoo and conditioner but in order to include one of the Cecred treatments I will still need to add $35.00 or $45.00 for the treatment for a total of $97.00-$107.00.....This is literally for 1-3 inches of hair "trimming approximately 1/2 inch if that" geez!!! I was also informed by Ulta's customer service, that the individual salons may have different prices but was later informed by salon staff that it's an Ulta pricing standard. Other than that I have no grips thusfar. I have a history of going to black owned salons and a quick trim for a full head is often $7-$15 with a line-up if hair is short. If the trim is accompanied with a relaxer/perm or hair color, it's often included as apart of the hair care and styling.

She also encouraged me to get the topper cut into a style I liked better that framed my face. I then met with LaAngel, who cut the topper to perfection! Thanks to Karen and LaAngel, I walked out with confidence and feeling so much better about myself. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

I wanted to remind her of the conditions of the human hair sale. The human hair wig was to be inner-cap tailored, color-rooted, and styled. Four physical trips resulted in either no record of my appointment or a 35-minute wait to sit for a style of the synthetic wig sold to me, which was way too small. One assistant offers to cut & enlarge the synthetic wig during the only hands-on appointment. Last week on 12/16, I confirmed (recorded) with the alterations assistant, "Karen," that the wig would not be ready until Dec. 30. I was overcharged $60.00, marked as the 6% state sales tax. COMPLETE NIGHTMARE.
