The worst Walgreens by far....I used Walgreens for over 20 years....not anymore...always long lines in the drive through....poor communications.....they tell you to come back and it is either not in stock or it is still not fill it yet...if out of town and then try to pick meds up they say they re shelf it and need to come back later. They are close down for lunch and black out the time. So when it is convenient for you to pick up your meds their eating lunch and will not help you .... The pharmacist is rude and not understanding the need to fill your medication.... I will take my business to canton pharmacy....they are like an old family pharmacy. Ordered 'Same Day Photo Service' online and received email confirmation saying my order was ready. The staff in the photo center couldn't be ruder and kept telling me that my order was not there. Nearly bit my head off when I asked about my order. After I insisted, she checked again and found my order in the same basket. Need to get better quality help at this photo center. I promise myself as I sit here waiting for a much needed prescription that I will NEVER come here again. It is the least "customer friendly " business I have ever frequented. They close completely for a lunch break, and close at 6:00 pm on a Saturday! When I arrive at 10:00 am on Sunday morning to grab my Mom's prescription, I am greeted with rudeness and told it will be at least an hour and a half wait! Seems most of the staff start off whatever interaction they're having with an aggressive and unfriendly tone. Even the manager could use some lessons on just plain treating people with some kindness. I have never been talked to or disrespect never concerning a store mistake. I purchased 3 Eggnog quarts by Prairie Farm priced marked at 1.00 dollar each. When I got home I got home I notice I was charged 5.49 each which is wrong. Because the sale tag says something else. When I came back to the store and explain the situation. The actual manager says the computer says you can't have your money back. So you have to have a store credit of the refund. I told her it's not my fault it was priced mark wrong and I am warranted of my money back to my credit card. She says NO !!! you have to have a store credit because we can't give it back to you because the computer says no refund. I showed her the price marked on the self which says it was on sale. She says it's not her problem and you have to have a store credit of 16.00 dollars. HELL NO I WON'T FOR A HUMAN ERROR LADY. I AM INTITALED TO MY MONEY BACK. My husband and I just got our Covid-19 booster and Flu shot and the young man that gave our shots was Fantastic. His ability to give shots and not make them hurt was amazing. I didn't even know he gave me the Covid shot. I still didn't believe it until the next morning with my arm hurts lately his name was Jud Knott he said they shorten his first name. if you're getting a shot, find out if he's working and get it from him, you won't be disappointed. Review for photo dept and manager. I placed an online order and paid ahead of time. Typically, at other locations, I am able to pick up my order at the photo desk, they scan the items and I'm free to go. This time, I was directed to the front cashier to have my photo items scanned which was fine...until it wasn't. Granted the cashier was still in training, however, a mistake on her part (which she admitted to later) led her manager accusing me of not having paid for my order yet, then aggresively demanding a second transaction on my card (worth $50+) right then and there. Mind you, this is after I had calmly explained the situation and showed my digital confirmation and receipt. I have no issues with the cashier (but if she had realized her mistake sooner, we could have avoided this poor experience). The manager, even after realizing the mistake was on her staff's end did nothing to acknowledge her own poor attitude and accusatory behavior. Do better. Seek photo business elsewhere. read more

I love this 24 hour Walgreens w 24 hour pharmacy. i got a flu shot on a Sunday night at 11:30pm. The staff is super helpful. Asked me I wanted to use my rewards points. I'm going to echo the rest of everyone on here. The pharmacy sucks. The lady that answered the phone 3 minutes ago was RUDE (waited on hold for 5. Called earlier and was put on hold only for no one to answer after 12 minutes). I'm visiting from out of state and called in to have a prescription refilled. They close at 6. And every other location has always filled it close to closing-the rule is you have to be there before it closes. So corporate should review these reviews because this location is terrible. Well, they didn't call the cops on me when I came in to buy 3 different types of pain meds while my car alarm started going off and a very disheveled and disoriented man (my boyfriend... or possibly hostage, from the looks of things) emerged from my sounding vehicle and stumbled into this Walgreens barefoot and looking for me at 1:45 in the morning. Of course, there's a reasonable explanation for all of this, but it's really none of your business, and the kind woman behind the counter recognized this and adhered to my non-verbal request via a 'this isn't what it looks like glare' to stay calm. Plus, she rang my crazy azz up right quick so I could hurry the F home and pile on the pain meds. On my second visit here, It was around 2am and I brought the same disheveled fella, only this time we looked a whole lot more legit... until we got to the counter and you could see that the only two items we were purchasing was a pint of Ben and Jerry's Cookie Dough ice cream and contraceptives... to which the cashier (same woman from the night before, btw) replied only: 'Have a great night!' Friendly service with with a smile and a dab of discretion. Just how I like it. read more

It's past time to find a different pharmacy. We initially chose Walgreen's because of their convenient 24 hour service. Some time ago, and without notification, we went to pick up a prescription at 10 p.m., and they were closed. Next, there have been numerous occasions of late in which a prescription wasn't covered by our insurance, and they did not contact us to let us know, which always seems to happen on a weekend. This prolongs treatment to a later date, as we have to call the doctor to get a new prescription written, and wait for that. To make matters worse, there is never an apology. Finally, this past weekend, I went to pick up a prescription for a family member, and they were closed at 6:30. Their pharmacy hours on the weekend have been cut to 6 p.m. I'm actively looking for a new pharmacy now. read more

Had an important FedEx package delivered to this Walgreens location in Canton, MI, called the location and was transferred to Photo department (Where they hold the packages) they answered call and hung up twice before I was forced to call back a third time and talked to the woman at the front desk who transferred me again to a very rude woman named Marisa at the Photo counter, she was of zero assistance and just stated they have no clue when they (FedEx) drops off packages and to just contact them. Needless to say, based on the this experience and the other reviews I am reading, they wont be receiving any further business moving forward. read more

My husband's insurance changed assigning Walgreens as the Only pharmacy he can use for prescriptions. We both hate going there to pick up a prescription. There's always a line no matter what time of day or day of the week. They have a drive through Rx pick up which takes away help from the inside pick up. When we are informed via text message that a Rx is ready - it is not. More waiting - why text if not ready? They didn't have an answer. Another annoying thing in the in store is the blaring music, it's awful - customers in line agreed. Only thing good about the store is it seems to be neat and clean. I would suggest going to a different pharmacy. Customer service is horrible, the staff is rude and they are understaffed. I always have to wait over 15-20 minutes, sometimes longer, whether I go inside or go through the drive-thru. I will never go back to this pharmacy. read more

My photo order qualified for a discount coupon which was mistakenly not applied to my online order. The manager Wendy refused to apply the coupon even after several calls to the 1-800 customer service number. Customer sevice helped me reorder and have the photos shipped. Not for the first time did these pharmacists fill a prescription for me that they knew I was allergic to. It says clearly on my record there that I cannot take certain food dyes, but did they care? No way! They filled the prescription anyway, without calling me as past pharmacists there used to do. When I called to complain, the pharmacist basically said, "That's the prescription your doctor wrote. I don't have what you need here. For tonight? Tough. That's your problem." If it's important to you that the pharmacy you use keeps a record of what you're allergic to and alerts you about a possible problem prescription, go somewhere else. I certainly will from now on.
