The pharmacists here are professional and caring.  They ask all the right and required questions.  They provide meaningful and important information in a pleasant, concise and understandable fashion.   They are honest and dependable.  The shop is kept neat and clean at all times.  There is a comfortable bench (if you like wire benches) located conveniently in the middle of the department.  This is not only good for a rest but the occasional (short) wait and is especially helpful if you've brought along young children.  It gives them a place to congregate if not sit down and allows the parent to keep a watchful eye on them. Not a good look at all. After iver a year of giving them a chance, I am done after speaking with the VP of operations. There are a lot of similar reviews of people having issues with the rude, unprofessional, employees. I can relate with them all and believe them all to be true. Then they were struggling to find the medication. My doctor sent in a 3 months script for refills to avoid this happening. They received my script 2 weeks ago and knew it was due to be filled yesterday. They are out of stock and stayed to find somewhere else. I'm assuming I'm just being blacklisted by them because they are made I've been making complaints about receiving my medication and the correct amount. My doctor told me if this happened again after sending in a 3 months script in advance, giving them ample time to order and get the meds in, to let him know. The office keeps a list of pharmacies that patients struggle getting their meds through. So sadly I'm going to have to let him know to add arbor lakes to that list. All other pharmacies are telling me they have no issues currently finding my meds. Not sure why arbor lakes struggles. I've done nothing wrong in my behalf!

They insisted that they do not make mistakes like that and was told repeatedly that "somebody is fucking with your medicine." The bottles were still in the stapled bag from the pharmacy when I opened them. Despite insisting that my medicine was being tampered with, they also refused to replace them because that just wasn't their policy. The medicine in question doesn't even have a schedule class. They're a local business and I wanted to like them. But for as many issues as I've had with CVS they've never treated me this way. Go somewhere else.
