Very disappointed. Seems the staff is somewhere other than the checkout counter. Someone else has pushed the button to summon help which didn't show up. I was forced to use the self checkout that apparently to use cvs rewards you need to be trained on. Was less than thrilled by the mostly copy/pasted response. read more

Stay away from CVS! This pharmacy consistently charges the highest prices around. They don' t honor GoodRx even though they pay lip service to it. The Kroger pharmacy across the street will honor GoodRx, and they may be more pleasant to deal with. Meijer is another good one. Run if you see CVS!! read more

They price gouge. Even with insurance, you need to question every bill they provide. I recently was told some prep medicine would cost me $180. After 10 minutes, it ended up costing $40. I can't imagine how many people CVS takes advantage of. If you need a pharmacy, don't use CVS. Find an alternative, you will keep more of your money in your pocket. And if you have not checked prices at other pharmacies, you might be shocked at what you will find from a cost perspective. read more

Hours: Store is open 7am - 12am. Pharmacy is open 8am - 9pm M-F, 9-6 on Saturday, and 10-6 on Sunday. Just not impressed with CVS. I have not used the pharmacy for anything more than picking up a prescription. I prefer to send my orders to an actual 24/7 pharmacy, of which this is not. There was no drive thru which was frustrating. The store itself was not very clean nor organized. I bought a handful of items on seasonal clearance but many did not ring up as clearance. There were several products I was looking for that were out of stock. I've also sent photos here once and in the end did not receive any photos, though this may be a CVS store wide issue. I've had the same problem at other stores; the website says they make photo magnets or a certain sized print, I pay and order, and once I go to pick them up they are not available. It's super frustrating. In the end, my pharmacy needs a drive thru at the very least, so I won't be going here for prescriptions. I also prefer a clean, well stocked, organized store, so this location won't be a place I frequent. read more

If I could give this pharmacy negative stars I would. The pharmacy staff is rude and unhelpful. Half the time the information provided is flat wrong. The pharmacist seems frazzled and disinterested in my opinion. Go to the CVS on Ann Arbor and Haggerty. 5 star service at that location. read more

Warning: We pricematch medications only when we feel like it, and the difference between our criminally high price and the competitors reasonable price does not exceed our comfort (or: customer service) level. If this CVS location would inform their customers with the above disclaimer, I would not be as upset right now and probably have been inclined to give this store a three star rating, instead. It is pretty simple, you either price match - or you dont! Save the back and forth flip-flopping and crazy (never disclosed!!) disclaimers and offer a proper service. How do you go from price-matching one month to then telling your customers you wont this next because the difference is too large for this particular medication. Really.. Let's make this a case-by-case fly by the seat of your pants kinda service that changes on a monthly basis. I am by no means a loyal customer when it comes to medications, especially when the prices seem to fluctuate between refills and between pharmacies up to as high as $100+ difference. However, I dont mind to support a smaller CVS location versus a bigbox wholesale giant - if the cost is equal or within reasonable range. I ended up transfering my script elsewhere and still saving approximately $50 just now. I own my own business, and perhaps this is why I am overly sensitive in the customer service department. Nothing annoys me more than inconsistencies in quality and/or (customer) service. I could not imagine offering my customers the lifetime guarantee that we do, but putting all kinds of different stipulations on it. Or being represented by a crabby employee for that matter. Zero stars if I could. The pharmacists here are so rude. Today was the last straw. I am switching to another location.

This pharmacy scammed me. They claimed my prescription coverage had been terminated, which was a lie, even when I had a Cigna associate on the phone in the store. So I paid for my prescription in full and submitted an out of pocket reimbursement request to my insurance. Six days later the pharmacy submitted a claim to my insurance, even though I had already paid in full. They knew that I live out of state and wouldn't be able to come back in the store for a refund. No apology from the pharmacy manager. Do not use this pharmacy! read more

This Pharmacy has messed up my prescriptions 3 times. They never have certain drugs and I'm told it will take 8 days to get it. I went to pick up scripts yesterday and was told they sent them back because I wasn't there in three days to pick them up. I work long hours as a RN and sometimes I can't make in time before they close. I asked the Pharmacist then to refill my drugs. I was told she couldn't do that. I asked her, how can't you? I have a script for them. One of those drugs I take is Potassium (Klor-Con-40meq's) if I miss a few days my Potassium can get so low I have to get IV Potassium which is no fun. This Pharmacist said she would call my Doctor in the morning for refills. I told her once again, I have refills. Finally, I said don't do another thing I will go somewhere else where people know what they are doing. Most of them are rude anyway and you can tell they hate their job. The next day, I went to Devz Pharmacy. I felt like they actually cared about customer service and wanted you to leave happy. In the meantime, CVS pharmacy went ahead after I told them not to and refilled my meds. The funny part is it was right after I left their store when they said I had no refills left. I called them up and told them to reverse it and I will stick with Devz Pharmacy. Don't go to CVS on Sheldon and AA road they are horrible and they lie. read more

Not once, not twice but three times they confused my meds with a family members. Not only that they also confused family members telephone numbers with mine and after kindly asking them to change it - nothing changes. After the young blonde pharm tech LIED about calling my doctor on an important script - I called her out on it and she AGAIN lied to my face about LYING. No worries, since going elsewhere, funny how none of this crap happens anymore! This is why we decided to leave. read more

These pharmacists are the worst! The only good thing is they are open 24 hours . Wendi has a major attitude problem so expect to wait at least 20 mins to drop off your rx and another 20+ to pick up while she sits looking pissed off behind the counter. This CVS attracts all the looney toons. Stay away! Take your prescriptions to Wiltse's on Main Street - they are the best. read more

I had a completely dissatisfactory experience with the CVS pharmacy located at Sheldon Road and Ann Arbor Rd. in Plymouth. I am sending their customer support a very long letter with details. In summary, during this entire frustrating ordeal, not once did a staff member offer an apology or try to ameliorate the situation. I was ill. I needed help, and the best CVS could provide was 1/3 of a prescription after many phone calls and hassles. This is unacceptable. read more
