They really need to improve how they manage customers, especially when it's something as routine as an insurance update and prescription pickup. Wasted 45 minutes for what should've been a quick visit. They really need to improve how they manage customers. It's a busy place, no doubt, but it could be managed much better. Finishing one customer's request fully before moving on to the next would save a lot of time and confusion for everyone. The wait and back-and-forth were really annoying and avoidable.

So then a worker rung up my order and then for some reason my new total was $20, not sure how that happened! So I lost $6 of coupons. Very annoyed! How come you can't fill the store shelves? There has been many times i have gone to this store and they are always out of what I came there to get! Today out of clear shipping tape and my favorite gum! I think I need to start going to Walgreens or the other CVS in Canton!

I was having a crazy and hectic week/day. I also couldn't wait, since I was running late for work. The cashier was really welcoming and friendly. The manager (Jenny) made sure my script could be transferred right away to CVS by my work. She also gave me a gift card for the inconvenience.

I needed to pick up a medication for my 6 year old daughter he did it quickly, with a smile on his face and was very informative about the medication and all it required. He made sure my kids who were with me were happy, included and even made sure he gave each one of them a stick and let me tell you it made their day! I recently switched over from Walgreen to have my prescriptions sent here and I have had nothing but amazing expperiences thus far. Whatever you all are doing here is magic and as a fellow person working in the healthcare industry places like this are what we strive for in patient care and patient experience. A huge Kudos again to the whole team but most of all to Akaaljot for making a stressful day just a little better.

They proactively engage in conversation and want to interact with customers beyond the bare minimum of their job requirements. I personally respect those who set out to have a good day instead of hate the world because they have to speak to someone. This place is clean, organized, and efficient. Lots of traffic to the register but never a long wait to get there. A few times now I have had extra care bucks or coupons that I thought I sent to my card but didn't. My bad and they could've just moved me along but they didn't - they manually input the discounts for me just to help me out! Every CVS looks the same on the outside, inside, and on the bank account... but this store makes a great deal of them just average. I would've given 5 stars but I'm still bitter over not being able to buy cigarettes there anymore (just realized that isn't nice of me and it's not their fault so they now get 5 stars).
