Shout out to the drive thru pharmacy here, too. I had to pick up some medications for my mom and they have several OTC medicines available for purchase. My mom had just broken her arm so I was picking up some painkillers but she also asked that I get her some anti inflammatories and they kindly added that and some Tylenol to the order. I had to drop off the paper prescription so I just chilled in the parking lot until it was ready. I got a text once it was filled and the rest was easy breezy. read more

I have been going to this cvs for awhile for my Rx needs. However, I was very upset recently when I got diagnosed with gestational diabetes and I had to fill my insulin pen needles here. The first fill was good with 4mm needles for my insulin pen. However, my second fill of needles I ended up getting 8mm needles. Double the size. I was getting all bruised up from these needles so I called my doctors office which told me that 8mm should of never been filled by Rx and that it should of been 4mm. 8mm isn't effective for insulin injections. I had to call 4x today to get the correct 4mm needles ranging from "oh your insurance won't cover this", " you picked up your needles last week,"it was like no one communicated when earlier in the day they told me it would be ready and i didn't end up being able to pick them up until around 3pm. Really, I feel I shouldn't had to pay for the needles because they were filled incorrectly the last time but I just did anyways to get the right needle sizes. Anyways, definitely disappointed in the service provided today and will plan on going elsewhere after this situation. I hope others who are diabetics are actually getting the right needle sizes because apparently it's something that needs to be checked don't just take things for granted that it's being done correctly. read more

I have had nothing but great experiences at this CVS location. The pharmacy staff are kind and make sure you they can help you in any way possible. I often drive 30 minutes to this location over the multiple CVS locations around me because they are consistent in filling prescriptions fast and making sure they provide education on medications. read more

Terrible customer service. Waited in line forever and then the card readers would not work. After 10 minutes at the cash register, my order had to be voided and moved to another register. No apologies. I just got home and found that parts of my order were not in the bag. No gift card for the birthday I have tomorrow and my makeup was not in there either. read more

It takes forever to check out. Go to Kroger. It's cheaper and you'll be done in half the time.

Two stars only because the front desk staff is usually very friendly. However the pharmacy recently dispensed medication for my daughter that was expired by six months. After contacting both them and corporate and being promised a call back that didn't come they said that they couldn't help me other than returning the medication. Problem is that my daughter is at college and has no way of getting to another cvs to fix it. Nor should we have to go through all this to correct their negligence. Thank goodness it wasn't a life saving script like the asthma medicine we have historically had filled there. Make sure to check the expiration date as I never before did. I will not trust cvs to fill anymore prescriptions. read more
