I was looking for a difficult script which none of the local chains near me carried for immediate purchase. Pediatrician suggested this pharmacy until which I wasn't even aware there existed one. Well stocked store and they take every insurance. Its a family friendly environment located in a convenient location. We chose drive thru which was quick and convenient. Dev was helpful and professional. While my order was getting ready, he gave a welcome gift and a little goody bag for my son. They are the fastest service for prescriptions that I've ever used before. Great customer service, they make sure customer is happy. I will consider filling my future prescription here. read more

I can't rate this place high enough. The level of service received here will never be matched at a national chain pharmacy. I am consistently pleased with the gracious and helpful staff. I've gone in on more than one occasion with questions. Dev or one of his staff will come out from behind the counter to assist me in finding something to aid in whatever it is I'm in need of help with and suggest the correct medicine, often the cheapest one. Dev even said he would order something he didn't have on the shelf after knowing I needed it. They are friendly, patient and go out of their way to make me feel like a family friend that has stopped by for a visit. The hours are great meaning I don't have to miss work to grab my prescription. My prescriptions are always filled with speed, and I get a text with any questions or to let me know it's ready for pickup. This is the kind of place we all should be lucky to do business with. read more

This pharmacy is great. I like the personalized service and the small town feel it has to it. They really care about their customers and try to help them get the best deal on their medications. I used to go to CVS but never again especially after they gave me the wrong needle size for my GD/insulin pen. This place gave me a box of 100 pen needles appropriate size that my insurance covered for free. CVS was charging me for these needles. So needless to say my business will always be going here and I'll make it known to all my fellow Canton friends/family to switch to Devs. read more

Pharmacy misled me and tried to send me to another pharmacy for a paid Covid test instead of telling about the Covid 19 Urgent Care right next to the pharmacy which gave free Covid 19 tests. He told me to go to another pharmacy, which charged me $250 for a Covid test which was free across the street. Lost my trust, wouldn't not recommend, blatantly tries to mislead customers. read more

It was Sunday night at 8:00 and we were coming from An Urgent Care and needed antibiotics for my kid's strep throat. Canton no longer has a 24 hour pharmacy. These guys are open until 10:00 pm on weekends. They filled her script immediately, and were extremely nice as well . Love them. read more

This is the best Pharmacy. The CVS in Plymouth at AA road/Sheldon never had the medications I needed in stock. I work as a Nurse and work some long hours so sometimes I can't get to CVS before they close. I was constantly getting text messages that if I wasn't there the next day to pick them up they would be sending them back. When I did manage to pick up my meds from CVS the staff was always rude. The main reason I fired CVS as my Pharmacy is when I went to pick up my Potassium prescription ordered by my doctor they said they didn't have it. I received a text message that it was filled and I could pick it up When I got there; I was told, I have no Prescription refills left and they will call my doctor tomorrow. If anyone knows anything about taking a water pill/ blood pressure pill you must be taking Potassium. I was already feeling symptomatic as a result of my work schedule and not being able to pick it up sooner. My heart was beating irregular and I was very fatigued. Yes, some of it was my fault at not filling it much sooner but the fact my doctor had sent a refill to them that they claimed they filled and sent back within two days is bullshit. I explained to the Pharmacy tech, I was having symptoms of low Potassium and all I got was, " I'm sorry". I was so mad; I told her it was bullshit my doctor sends a prescription refill, they fill it and send it back but now I had "NO Refills"! By that time.. Two other customer's were behind me saying this was happening to them and it was their second and third trip back to CVS to get medications they needed for their heart. Not only did I fire CVS, so did the two other customer's that day. When I first went in Devz's Pharmacy, I was treated like family. He introduced himself to me and went out of his way to make me feel like I was important and not just another number. My daughter needed an antibiotic filled and we couldn't get her dad's insurance approved right away because it was out of state insurance. This man didn't know me from Adam and told me not to worry...He was willing to fill it anyway until everything was figured out. Now that's good service and a good person to take a chance on someone he didn't know. Since then, I have been there to pick-up all my prescriptions. Devz goes out of his way to know you. I told him at VA in Detroit where I work with Oncology patients they don't have Coban- it's a wrap you put on a patient's arm after a blood draw or a Phlebotomy to prevent bleeding and the need for tape that hurts when removed. Devz saw I was purchasing this for the Vets at the VA and he said to me, "It's on us". I'm very happy; I have found a Pharmacy that really cares about their customers and goes the extra step. I, 100% without a doubt recommend Devz's Pharmacy to anyone. You will see for yourself when you go into his store and meet him. Thank-you Devz for actually caring about people and not just making us feel like a number. Also to the young girl I have talked to when I called and had some questions is also wonderful; She called CVS to get everything transferred over and is very pleasant each time I have had to call for anything. :-) read more

I have been going to this pharmacy since it opened because I can't stand going to big chain pharmacies. You will get your scripts fast and likely not have to wait in line. I like getting a text when my scripts are ready, or a quick text letting me know that my new script won't be ready the same day because it needs to be ordered. Dev is very friendly and provides notary services as well. It's nice to have a pharmacist who remembers who you are, not something one would get at a CVS for example. They have a good selection of over the counter meds and supplies too. read more

This pharmacy was recommended to us by St. Joe's Canton Urgent Care. We had never heard of Devz before however was informed that they had extended hours on weekends, when other local well-known pharmacies in the area did not. My husband and I have never had such a wonderful experience from a pharmacy, and at a time when we needed all the help we could get. We also were facing the impended death of my father, who in fact, died later that night after a long terminal illness. Prior to this happening however, Dev assisted us with some oral syringes to give my dad his medications to help ease his pain. Dev was comforting, supportive and knowledgable at a time, when as a health professional myself, I was functioning in a fog after days with my father/hospice. In my haste to return to my father's bedside, I forgot our own prescriptions and it was Dev who offered to drive out to our residence (and did so) to deliver the medications. Within hours, my father passed away, and in the days following, my husband and I stopped in to tell Dev how much we appreciated his care and concern, not just for us, but for our family. Dev goes above and beyond in providing phenomenal service to his customers. One just doesn't find this kind of care , empathy and satisfaction today. We would recommended Devz Pharmacy 200% and will switch all of our pharmacy needs over to Devz. read more

Visited this pharmacy for the first time today after noticing one of their ads in a doc's office and left very impressed. I will definitely make it my regular pharmacy. For those of us that have an Rx that can't be shipped in the mail or can be hard to find (or worse yet - both), the monthly trip to the pharmacy can be quite the ordeal. In the past, I've been a regular customer of the larger area chains (I'll call them the "Big 3"). From waiting in line behind other customers who like to yap incessantly, or the "come back in 20 min" wait time which turns into an hour or two since the staff is overwhelmed, and to the making visits at 6 or 7 pharmacies in a row only to find out something is not in stock (since they won't pick up the phone), getting an Rx filled can turn into an all-day, or even a multi-day nightmare. Not so at Devz. As a new customer, they had me processed into the system, had the medication in stock, filled my Rx, and sent me happily on my way in less than 20 min, which simply left me floored. The pharmacist and his staff were extremely knowledgable, helpful, and friendly. I also noticed another customer engaging in some friendly banter with the pharmacist like they were friends. This I simply have never seen before, because at a Big 3 pharmacy, if the pharmacist happens to remember you from the hundreds or even thousands of customers, he/she will be rotated out in just a matter of time, so although the service may be cordial, it will always be impersonal. Overall: 5 stars +++ pharmacy with fast, friendly service. Not only will I be going back, but my experience compelled me to write this review, which I rarely, if ever do. read more

I get my scripts filled here regularly. Local owned business, the staff is exceptionally nice, they have a drive thru window (with free dog biscuits) for when you bring your best friend for a ride with you. Most times they fill it right then and there, 5-10 min. Rarely do you need to wait for an hour. Always have meds on hand too when other places are out and have to order. Goodbye Walgreens and CVS... There's a better pharmacy in town!!!! read more

They were the only place open to get a script filled. It was pouring rain and my daughter was in the car. Pharmacist was extremely nice and very quick. He said it would be about 10 minutes and he texted me in about 4 minutes and told me to go through drive thru. He gave me a really nice emergency kit with band aids and such. Also gave me a little bag with a couple little toys and trinkets for my daughter. Would highly recommend. read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Never, ever, ever again will I give this place my business. I have never in my life been made to feel so low and worthless by a business that I was giving money to. It's bad enough that I am sick and legitimately needed to fill prescriptions for my condition, but to be questioned repeatedly by the pharmacist at the window made me feel like I was no better than some hoodlum drug addict. Whatever happened to patient privacy? They humiliated me at this place and I did not deserve it. All I needed to do was fill my legitimate prescription given to me by my doctor. No more mom and pop shops for me. They don't have enough business and all they have is time on their hands, so all they can focus on is questioning their customers as though they are criminals of some sort. The guy actually asked me why I was taking this drug and why it was at the particular dosage that it was. What is it any of his business!?!? And the tone in his voice and the way he looked at me; it was harsh and vile; as though I was some kind of lowly piece of trash! I have never been treated like this in my life. I took my prescription back and I took it over to the pharmacy at Kroger where it was filled within an hour, no questions asked. I was so sad that I was made to feel so bad just because I have to take this prescription. WORSE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! read more
