The only difference is that I didn't have to re-string my umbrella as my broken part was a rubber glide that went into the post track. We had our carpets installed when our home was built and they eventually buckled in various rooms…read more When we needed to have them re-stretched, it took multiple times for someone to come out. When the job was finished, they said that if the issue comes back Victor Furniture would fix it under warranty. Well... a few months later, the same wrinkle re-appeared. It took multiple calls to get a response from Amanda, their contact. When I told Amanda they originally fixed it, she said we would have to pay AGAIN. Finally, after explaining we were told it was covered from a repair this year, they agreed it was under warranty, but on the service date no one showed up. They I had to spend multiple calls trying to get someone to come out. When they did, they told me that it would be hundreds of dollars to fix. I'm really disappointed with their service.

They have all kinds of pumpkins (edible heirlooms and traditional orange in all shapes and sizes), plus gourds and minis, mums, corn stalks and hay bales, perfect for decorating (and GREAT prices, at $7 for a full-sized hay bale and $20 for 4 gorgeous heirloom pumpkins). Last year I bought 4 heirlooms and used them inside for my seasonal display and they lasted through winter, at which point I processed them all for soup! For families, they have games and play areas, a corn maze, a petting zoo, rides, and an apple blaster where you shoot apples at targets (more fun than it probably sounds!). The apple blaster is also perfect for a friendly competition between friends... Inside they have lots of fall themed decorations available for purchase, plus food that includes fresh apple cider donuts (available as singles, 6 packs and dozens) and local cider, coffee, hot cocoa, fresh popcorn, chili dogs and cookies. We ate a chili dog (good sized red hot with a nice meaty chili and red bean topping), pumpkin coffee, 6 donuts and popcorn while walking around picking our pumpkins, and were very pleased with the taste, portions and quality. They also called me 2x in 3 weeks to check in and make sure that we were OK and to see if there was anything they could help with. They are genuinely amazing people with well great furniture at great prices. Love shopping local and getting quality products at lower prices!

We always get amazing compliments from anyone who sees the kitchen for the first time including from other service people who look with that "critical eye" of a professional. Both experiences- Whispering Pine never tried to sell us their design but helped us to bring our design to life. Over the years I have needed things from them: an extra shelf, extra stain/paint, shelf pegs and Whispering Pines looks back at our kitchen plan and provides them. Yesterday the spice-pull out from 2012 jammed (due to loose screw) and Edward from Whispering Pines came by and fixed the problem at no cost to us(13 years after the install)!!!!! The artistry, skills and work ethic that comes with Whispering Pines is unmatched.
