Their only offer of help was a $10 gift card. They kept saying they had no ability to talk other stores and were just letting us know they had to cancel. Now less than 6hrs before the party we are left scrambling to try and find someone else to bake a cake. I will never use them again and would not recommend for anyone else to use either. The worst customer service I have ever seen.

It does carry all of the brands but the selection is slightly smaller. However, they also have the Clearance Store a couple of doors down if you are looking for stuff that is at a drop dead price. I just haven't found anything worth buying there. I usually come in here for the Lee Jeans because they a very comfortable. Given the work I occasionally do, which is crawling around floors in server rooms and such, I need some pants that will stretch a bit. Also, they carry LONG length jeans, which is a must have for my fairly long legs. I did find some jeans today, but the store had less of a selection both in the women's and men's department. They didn't have my regular low-rise boot cuts. The prices of sports items are a bit higher as well, but they do have a good selection. Additionally, they usually give out a 20% off coupon for the clearance store a couple doors over. Lastly, the store is a bit cramped up with rounders. Jerry was the son of an Italian watchmaker who has been formally trained in both Switzerland and Italy. I've had multiple watches services here, and now I have friends from metro areas sending me watches for Jerry to service. He completely overhauled the movement on a 1999 Rolex while keeping the vintage feel. My friend says it runs better than it did buying it in 1999. Jerry used to be an authorized dealer for many great watch houses. He restored the Chronometer back to its COSC certification at a fraction of the cost of what Rolex would charge. Currently he's working in an Omega for a friend from Miami. He can just as easily repair Seiko movements as well as Citizen. I've bought jewelry here to and always felt like I got a fair price from people I consider as much friends as well as merchants and craftsmen.

I had come in to receive a service, and he was huffing and puffing when he took a look at how much it was going to be and kept making comments about how it's going to be expensive with the amount of stones on my band. He offered me a discount, which I very much appreciated. I had thanked him and explained to him that my family had been coming to this place for years to which he responded, "yeah but you didn't buy the ring from us". There were some other comments made, but I didn't process what had happened to me in the store until I got into my car. After talking to my parents and friends, I realized this was not acceptable behavior. The other man that had walked up to me was very sweet, but my experience as a whole sucked.

Missy ( my cat) was taken in and they took excellent care of her. She is severely hurt and I have taken her in 4 times this week. I have called them and sent them pictures when I wasn't sure what to do for her. The staff there are the nicest sweetest people ever. They have been in touch with me to see how she is. I really can't say enough good things about them.
