We brought back a package of unopened printer ink that was just 2 weeks past the 30 day limit. There is nothing on the receipt about this rule and no one mentioned it when we purchased it. I can see this rule if there was no receipt as the store would not know if the ink was old or dried out. Perhaps they are afraid it dries up right after 30 days?? It does carry all of the brands but the selection is slightly smaller. However, they also have the Clearance Store a couple of doors down if you are looking for stuff that is at a drop dead price. I just haven't found anything worth buying there. I usually come in here for the Lee Jeans because they a very comfortable. Given the work I occasionally do, which is crawling around floors in server rooms and such, I need some pants that will stretch a bit. Also, they carry LONG length jeans, which is a must have for my fairly long legs. I did find some jeans today, but the store had less of a selection both in the women's and men's department. They didn't have my regular low-rise boot cuts. The prices of sports items are a bit higher as well, but they do have a good selection. Additionally, they usually give out a 20% off coupon for the clearance store a couple doors over. Lastly, the store is a bit cramped up with rounders. I had come in to receive a service, and he was huffing and puffing when he took a look at how much it was going to be and kept making comments about how it's going to be expensive with the amount of stones on my band. He offered me a discount, which I very much appreciated. I had thanked him and explained to him that my family had been coming to this place for years to which he responded, "yeah but you didn't buy the ring from us". There were some other comments made, but I didn't process what had happened to me in the store until I got into my car. After talking to my parents and friends, I realized this was not acceptable behavior. The other man that had walked up to me was very sweet, but my experience as a whole sucked.

Missy ( my cat) was taken in and they took excellent care of her. She is severely hurt and I have taken her in 4 times this week. I have called them and sent them pictures when I wasn't sure what to do for her. The staff there are the nicest sweetest people ever. They have been in touch with me to see how she is. I really can't say enough good things about them.
