Our seats were in the 1st row on the balcony. Basically, there are no bad seats here, but the front row has a railing that partially blocks the stage. Luckily, there were empty seats higher up, so we moved. The band and Sergio.were great, but there seemed to be problems with the sound with the singers. Not sure if it was our location (speakers), problems with mics, or something else. Regardless, it took away a bit of enjoyment. Overall, not a bad place to see a concert. Side note. Your concert ticket gives you free parking in the ramp garage. 2023-99

A great theater to see a concert! I was here for Nick Carter and had a third row center seat!…read moreI will say, security sucks, and needs to be fixed. Everyone stands during BSB shows, which is fine. Nick came out and everyone stood up. There is a big space between the front row and the stage, so the whole front row moved up, which is fine. However, security did absolutely nothing, so everyone from the sides also went to fill that gap, and since I was in the center, went right in front of me. I was also directly in the middle of the row, so I couldn't get out. And to add to this, the one guy that was actually at Nick Carter's show not only moved out to the front, but stood front and center right in front of me. I am short, so I had the honor of seeing the back of his dumb head the entire show. Not to mention, what man stands in front of thousands of women at a Nick Carter show?? I realize that isn't the venue's issue, but I have pent up anger... So, would I see a show here again? Yes, But security needs to fix this, and I will most definitely complain about it if I go back. People with worse seats than me should NEVER be able to go stand in the front row.

Since the Hard Rock Cafe on Falls Avenue was conveniently located in the hotel area, I decided to stop there for dinner. I ordered the MESSI Chicken Burger because it looked really good on the menu, and I wanted to try something different. When it arrived at the table, it looked amazing. It was covered in cheese, just the way I like it, and the presentation made it look very appetizing. Unfortunately, underneath all of that cheese were two very hard, overcooked chicken patties. The fries were good, and I did eat the meal, but the burger itself was not what I expected and was definitely disappointing. I also ordered what I believe was an apple cobbler or a similar dessert, but unfortunately, that was even more disappointing. I am not a picky eater, but between the overcooked burger and the dessert, I was not happy with the food at all, especially considering how much I spent. The positive part of the experience was my server. He was very friendly and provided excellent customer service. Since it was my first night in Niagara Falls, he made suggestions about tours and things to do, and he even gave me helpful advice about where I could charge my phone around the city so I could keep taking pictures. I truly appreciated his kindness and helpfulness. Overall, the service was very good, but the food was a major disappointment. The location was convenient, and my server was excellent, but based on what I ordered, I left feeling dissatisfied with the meal.

The staff out front were welcoming and friendly. They were there primarily to remind guests of the "no outside food or drinks" policy. So I chugged my Starbucks down before entering. The security checked my bag and I walked through a metal detector. . I stopped by the merch line before heading to my seat. There was ample staff to guide me to my seat. The seats were comfy and my view from 11 rows back was amazing. Sound quality, lights, and video screen clarity made the show top notch experience. Exiting afterwards was smooth-the crowd just kept slowly making its way to the nearest exits- no traffic jams of people going the wrong way.

I wish that security did a better job of explaining that after they have cleared you, you are to go straight to your section/seats, and there would be no option to wander around the casino. I showed up early thinking I would need extra time to find my section and maybe grab a bite to eat. I ended up getting two cookies from Craig's Cookie, one of the popup vendors and a bottle of water from concessions. The concession staff also says that they have to take the bottle cap away from me because someone threw a bottle cap on stage before and injured a performer/artist, so it's confiscated. Other than that, I had a great time and would totally return if another event brings me here. I will know to eat ahead of time and not enter the concert venue too early. If an event brings you here, I would highly recommend coming to see for yourself and also a great excuse to check out the Niagara Falls as it's pretty much walking distance/a very short drive.

So it's basically a gothic theater, meaning that it's both a grand antique and a squalid dive. The choice of Labatt or Labatt Light in a can as your beers, although kind of a funny joke, is not actually acceptable as a menu, especially if you're going to charge $8 for said can. There were only about five bottles of booze for cocktails. It's cash only, which is fine, but kind of a pain for 2023. I went to see Goblin, a cool Italian art-rock act that was playing the soundtrack to the Argento classic Demons and then another mixed set after the movie. They sold "reserve" tickets to the upstairs balcony, but the numbers on the tables in no way corresponded to the table numbers on the tickets and it was generally pretty confusing. The lack of lighting on the floor and the very low stairs make the entire upstairs an ADA nightmare and a tripping hazzard for everybody. There is no food of any kind, which I'm pretty sure is illegal in NY for a venue that sells alcohol. The stripped-down-ness would be a bit more paltable had we not paid $50 a ticket for the cheap seats that have an obstructed view of the screen. A few more frills might be expected at that price. We managed to move down to the floor because the place was only about half-sold and security seemed not to notice or care much. All that said, the movie viewing/Goblin show was a good time and the space is pretty amazing, so they're doing some things right. They also seem to be violating the law several ways and throwing customer safety to the wind. It's basically a college dive bar operating as a concert venue. Misc.: the neighborhood is pretty sketch, like most of Niagara Falls outside of the tourist district, so walk in pairs. There seems to be a parking lot across the street.

It's a nice sized place, With a bar in the center (that only accepts cash unfortunately), A big ladies room with lots of stalls & pretty clean. Chairs for us old ppl who can't stand long. From what we saw the show was great, the illusions were incredible and unlike cases where the tricks are obvious, there were some amazing illusions that had us questioning how that was possible. Two magicians performed and it was very cool to watch. My husband was even able to participate before we left. The one downside I would note is that this is a child friendly show, which isn't a problem, except you may be put at a table with young children. When sat we were put next to each other causing a party of five to be across from us, they sat the young children at the end of the table, so they could see understandably, but they sat parents down at the opposite end. The family was very respectful, but if you are not a children person, this may not be the environment for you. Over all great show! I wish I wasn't exhausted and could have stayed for the whole thing!

When we started to think we knew what was happening, he had a unique twist that surprised us. They incorporate animals into the show and we loved that. Overall, 3 adults and 2 teens were captivated. We didn't eat there but feedback from the table was that the food was "meh". We did get some mocktails and were surprised by affordable pricing. We wished there were some desserts to order. Note: If you have a WEGO pass, it's off the blue line by the Howard Johnson's stop. Parking was still advertised as "free" if you had tickets to the show so we parked there earlier in the day. **It is not**. We were told by the attendant that it is $5 cash/$6 card with tickets (still reasonable for the area). Free ended 2 months ago and to take it up inside. I did and they confirmed it ended. I sent an email with the info from their site that says it's free still and they said they would take that down and did offer a refund if I called.
