I had a great experience with Semper Fi. As a disabled Army veteran, I really appreciated that they offer a 20% veteran discount. After getting multiple quotes, they also price matched my lowest bid, while providing a more comprehensive installation and a better warranty than the competition. Chris took excellent care of me from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, honest, patient, and answered every question I had without any pressure. The installation of my upstairs HVAC system was clean and professional, and the workmanship looks outstanding. I also received a 10-year parts, 10-year compressor, and 10-year labor warranty, plus the first year of professional maintenance (two scheduled 6-month service visits) is included. My downstairs system is already scheduled, and based on my experience so far, I have complete confidence in the team. If you're looking for fair pricing, quality workmanship, and exceptional customer service, I highly recommend Semper Fi, especially Chris. read more

Matt and his exceptional crew did an amazing job of installing a new air conditioning unit in my office. Our air compressor blew up last week and we suffered working on our patients last week. Matt was booked for a couple weeks but he squeezed us into his schedule yesterday. It was a challenging installation because the AC is on the roof and a crane was needed. Needless to say Matt was on top of everything. Our existing electrical wiring was screwed up but he came up with a creative solution that worked. Along with the surprise of getting a larger unit than expected and many other intricate details, I am grateful for the amazing care. They spent 9 hours working yesterday. You'd be crazy to not use Semper Fi Air! read more

Semper Fi Air gets five stars because they are punctual, honest, and did I mention HONEST?! Matt was extremely helpful in explaining everything I asked about. He laid out all my options INCLUDING the cheapest one which is something the other guys I had called failed to do. I wound up spending about $500 instead of the $12,000+ the other (top rated) company recommended. I learned a lot from this A/C service experience, most importantly, the majority of the companies seem to want to sell you the brand new system and usually a bigger system than you need. That was the case for me and I imagine it's pretty common to take advantage of any ignorance they find. I will trust Semper Fi Air and call them back when the time comes. Thank you Semper Fi Air! read more

Semper Fi Air was able to come out earlier than any other company I received quotes from to test and fix a leak in a very old AC unit. Matt was able to handle a curve ball when it turned out the poor design of the unit meant he had to find a work-around to be able to properly get the sealant into the system and repair the leak. Leak diagnosed, fixed in a timely manner, all for a very good price. He even replaced two worthless old valve caps with new contractor-only locking caps to prevent tampering. On his way out a neighbor asked for his card and I took an extra one myself to pass along a recommendation to a coworker later that day. Thanks for everything and enjoy the referrals! read more

Matt and his team are amazing! What a great experience. I didn't have space in my attic for regular ac ducts system. Matt recommended a mini split system for my home. The price was unbeatable. He then walked me through the entire process and installed it relatively quick! They're really amazing. My wife and I love them. Thanks Matt! Keep up the good work! read more

Semper Fi Air - Mini split works great in our open floor plan. - Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC Near Me

Highly responsive, professional, ethical, and effective are how my husband and I would describe Matt and his team at Semper Fi Air. Our antiquated AC died the week before last during a heat wave. I had many recommendations but Matt stood out from the rest with his willingness to go above and beyond despite his extremely busy schedule. It was clear that he did not have to accommodate our schedule but appointed himself accountable nonetheless by helping us in a pinch. For that we are truly grateful In this age of sub par customer service and quality of work that sadly pervades our service industries, it was a breath of fresh air to experience professionals like Semper Fi Air who took the time to truly understand our specific needs and solve them in a timely manner rather than treating us like a transaction and making us feel like we had to take a number and stand in line. Many thanks, Matt! read more

Wish I could give a good review. Matt is a nice guy and a fellow Marine. But his guys did a crappy job installing my Air conditioner and now that his subpar work is failing he won't even answer my calls. Definitely don't recommend this company. read more

Can't say enough good things about Semper Fi Air. Matt is one of the nicest, hardest working people I've had the pleasure to hire. Just had a new air conditioner installed, we also had him replace our furnace a few months ago. Always does a great job, is reliable, keeps the job site very clean during and after. Can not say enough good things about him and his team!!!! read more

Last night as we hit record temperatures, our air conditioner died. I looked on Yelp and noticed that this company not only had 5-star reviews, but that they were still working at 9:15 in the evening. I called, they gave me a window of 11am-1pm for the next morning, and promised to call before coming so we wouldn't be sitting around waiting. Matt called, as promised, and he was here at 11:15. He was pulling away an hour later -- the air works like a charm! Matt is knowledgeable, professional, and great about explaining what he's doing and why. He answered the questions we had, and we will be calling him for all future preventative maintenance. I can't recommend Semper Fi Air highly enough. Trust them if you've got a problem. read more

Matt completed a quick, simple installation of a pretty large system. It involved a 36000 btu unit with wall mounts on three different rooms. Him and his crew were in, and out in about two days at a cost that was extremely reasonable. I took care not to make much of a mess and cleaned up everything that might have been caused by him. Now we have cold air in areas that we never knew could get that cold, and our baby will enjoy the fruits of his labor. Thank you Matt for both your honestly and reliability. read more

On this hot summer day, our A/C unit suddenly stopped working. I called Matt and he was at our house within a couple of hours. He was super nice, fixed our air quickly, and was reasonably priced. I highly recommend Matt with all you air and heating needs. Thank you Matt for coming out so fast. We truly appreciate it! read more

Matt is one of the most delightful and inspirational men that has ever come to my home! I really mean that and can not genuinely express enough about what a treat it was for him to be the person to fix our 20+-year-old AC unit as the temperature soared to 90+ inside. The price was fair and Matt was at my house even earlier than estimated. I almost can't wait for my unit to truly die so I can have him install the new one! You can not go wrong and I hope Semper Fi Air thrives for many years to come. read more

I appreciated they called me when a sooner appointment opened up. The guys were nice and I felt that they were knowledgeable, went above and beyond, and gave me a fair price. I would use them again (I've used them twice so far). read more

Matt came out same day and fixed our AC both quickly and affordably. It's great knowing we now have an AC guy in the area that we can trust.

Dear Matt of Semper Fi Air. Negative to your response with the junk mail. The last email transmission that was received by you was dated on July 13th, 2019. In addition to not receiving the quote till this day. A follow up phone call by you or a staff member of Semper Fi Air on a quote would have been nice or the proper process to a customer experience follow up. Just another reason why I do not and would not recommend Semper Fi Air. read more

These guys saved our tails today. Not only did they manage to come on less than 24 hour notice, but their price was honest, repair lightning fast (20 minutes on the roof) and managed to arrive sooner than quoted! And they did this all in one of the worst and most sudden heat waves I've ever seen! We can actually live in our house again! It's not still 90 degrees at midnight! Any future AC repairs are these guys and these guys ONLY! Thank you Matt!!!! read more

I highly recommend Matt from Semper Fi Air. He checked out our A/C and didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need. He gave us good information on what to watch out for and what was normal maintenance. He was personable and showed up when he said, with a call to let us know he was coming. Charge was very reasonable. Thanks, Matt! read more

We were very disappointed with the service we received from Bill after our unit was installed. We purchased a new unit and he assured us it was large enough capacity to cool our home. We are now full time residents in AZ and the air conditioner is not keeping up, today it was 92 inside our home. We contacted Bill and he said someone will be out, which is the 2nd time. We feel Bill should have come out to our overly warm house along with the technician as he is the one who guaranteed us the new unit was what we needed. Very disappointed, especially after we recommend the company to several our neighbors, which we may retract. We also have 2 families who we have recommended to go the Semper Fi and we will now tell them to go somewhere else! Marcia Wranek read more

Stop wasting your time looking for an AC repair technician. Pick up the phone and call Matt! As a retired U.S. Marine, Matt's work truck immediately caught my attention. I knew I would need an AC technician sometime so I asked him for a card. I knew right then just from talking to him that I didn't need to look for anyone else because he spoke with confidence. When it was time for his services I spoke with him over the phone about my AC unit and explained what it was doing. He told me with confidence what he suspected the problem was. I scheduled an appointment and he had an opening available only a couple days later! Matt called me and asked if he could start the job sooner. He came out to my home, inspected everything and discovered the problem to be exactly what he thought it was! Without hesitation, Matt went right to work and in keeping mindful of my home. Then about an hour later, my home was blowing cold air again! **NOTE** For my situation I had to put a great deal of trust in him in order for him to do the work. Matt is very trustworthy and I had zero worries! Matt is your man for the job. His professionalism, communication, and work ethic is beyond reproach and sets a very high standard for the rest of the competition. His price was very fair and for my situation and service needs he could not be beat. In my opinion there is no other option for someone to do the job. Matt is a highly exceptional technician who works hard to give you the highest degree of satisfaction. Above all, Matt is a veteran who served this country as a United States Marine. Just like everyone said before, I can't say enough good things about our experience with Matt. Our A/C died suddenly and we were desperate to get it fixed as we have a baby in the house, called Matt and he said he can make it by 9PM. We asked if he can make it sooner and he tried his best and was there 30 minutes early. After troubleshooting the problem for a few minutes he found the root cause and got things up & running. The thing that stands out is his honesty, this is a person that you want to do business with and recommend to others. He could clearly see that I'm not an HVAC expert and could've easily charged us for parts that we didn't need. He confirmed that all the critical parts were functional and in great shape and since the fix was so minor he only charged us for the service call. I highly recommend Semper Fi Air and I will always call them first for any issues. read more

This would be a 5 Star. I used them because my dad was a 24 year Marine and the service was to done at my mom's house. They were prompt and nice. The reason for this rating. I need a receipt from them in order for my 88 year old mother to get her $225 rebate from So Cal Gas. I've reached out to them 3 times since Jan 21, '19 to get a receipt. I have not received any response. If they do work for you and you want to get a rebate, be sure to get a receipt at time of payment. read more

Hi, our main heater vent started blowing out insulation thanksgiving morning. Semper Fi responded quickly and sent their foreman,Juan, to check it out. He was able to go under the house,( we r on a raised foundation,) and saw that a rat had chewed thru the insulation and a vent was disconnected. He took pictures and showed me what it looked like. He fixed the insulation and reattached the vent. We ate very grateful for his prompt service; energy and expertise. He explained each step of the process and cleaned everything up. Will definitely call Semper Fi for any heating issues, thank U! read more

I have been saved by Semper fi air three times during heatwaves. We temporarily moved into this house for six months while our house was being built with our extensive wine collection and no wine fridge. Of course when the temps neared 100 the old girl blew up. I called the owner Matt and he was at our house working 10 minutes later (during his dinner of course). He got the old girl going again and stayed another 30 minutes checking all the other systems. He did not pressure us to buy a new system but was honest about her potential life span. Wine saved!!!! Second save was when I found water dripping through the drywall ceiling one week before we were to list the house for sale. Once again Matt to the rescue! 15 minutes later he crawled out of our attic with our condensation line unplugged, leak fixed and we were arguing who was going to clean up the water and attic droppings. He won and broke out his shop vac. Both bills were so affordable that we pushed extra money back and forth until I gave up. I was so satisfied that we have since sent him to about 7 other now satisfied family and friends. I don't know of anyone who was not completely satisfied by his work. Semper Fi!!! read more

If you are ever unfortunate enough to have heating or A/C issues, I highly recommend calling Matt with Semper Fi. We called Matt about an A/C issue and he came out in a few hours. Unfortunately, our A/C kept losing Freon and he recommended we replace the unit. Within just a few days he had his installers at my house with a new larger A/C. Juan and Austin had great customer service and were extremely knowledgeable. In addition to great customer service and quality service the price Matt quoted us a 3.5 ton 16 SEER unit was very fair. read more

Unfortunately for me all I can report after 24 hours++ is no response to my Yelp, email and phone requests. The phone goes to voicemail but the "mailbox is full ". Another highly rated Yelp reviewed AC company answered the phone and are sending a technician same day. I have no experience with the service, which appears excellent based on prior reviews. For me, Semper Fi was MIA. Ps - the second company I contacted after I waited 24 hours has already been out, diagnosed and repaired my AC problem in less than 8 hours from the time of my initial call. I am SO GLAD I called this guy. I found him on Yelp and chose him based on the reviews, and once again, fellow Yelpers have not let me down. I had a condo which had many AC issues pointed out by the home inspector. I needed to address the issues in order to close escrow. The home warranty company would not address the issues since the AC was operational. Their repair person wanted to charge me what sounded like a ridiculous amount, so I looked on Yelp. I told Matt everything that was going on. He came to the rescue, and I'm not even kidding about that. He did everything he said he would do. I think he has integrity, he's helpful, he's knowledgeable, I think he treats you the way he would like to be treated. Selling my property was a nightmare, but he was a rare ray of light that I sorely needed during the process. Thanks again, Matt! read more

So its 102 outside and our AC unit goes out. Every other HVAC repair company has an answering service and they don't respond. The guys from semper fi not only responded quickly but made sure that I was happy. They were not only fast they are by far the most professional service I've used for my AC hands down. The prices are reasonable especially since they came out at 11pm. The owner is knowledgable, respectful, reasonable and fast at what he does diagnosing and repairing my unit in no time. Thank you guys for everything you have done for this country and for your help on this hot weekend night. read more

I can't even begin to scream my praises of Matt & this company. During a heat wave when 20 other companies were to busy, Matt squeezed us in. The urgency was that we have a 4 days old premie in the house! Matt not only came and Fixed the AC he was honest. In the service industry honesty is very hard to find. We are now sitting here and j had to grab a blanket cause the AC works so well!! Highly recommend. read more

Old York HVAC decided to not put out any heat. I talked to Matt on the phone. He came by to determine our needs and gave a few options. Crew was here first thing Monday morning. Removed the old unit, made the modifications to fit the new heater read more

If you need your AC fixed in a hurry-this is a great company. The day I called, Matt picked up the phone and responded to my home within 2 hours. He quickly located the problem as a broken blower motor and also identified a potentially dangerous burnt out pigtail cord. He obtained the part the next day and installed it. He was professional, knowledgeable and fixed the part for a reasonable cost. The only reason for the 4 star rating-is that he could not come as promised at 12 the following day-but to be fair he was quite busy and it took several trips to find the part. Otherwise-he is awesome and we would definitely call him next time! read more

Overall a Great company! Professional, friendly, and HONEST. Matt and his crew were exemplary in their work. I purchased a new Trane Slim line AC Condenser and had it relocated to the other side of my property and the furnace relocated to the attic. They also relocated the air return and installed a new wi-fi smart thermostat (which my wife and I can now access remotely). Their work speaks for itself. I highly recommend Semper Fi Air to anyone. I needed a complete AC/Furnace system on a 1200 sq foot house. Matt came out and was prompt, on time and professional. He gave me a VERY fair price on a 3 ton system. Matt and Juan came out and it was a (2) day job removing my old system and installing and testing my new system. My airflow volume now is 4 times what my old system put out! I am beyond happy with their work!! I'd definitely go with them all over again and I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a small business that ran with an old school "polite, professional, thorough" type service! read more

DEFINITELY 5 STAR In the middle of the heat wave, our A/C just stopped working at around 8pm. When I called, Matt still picked up the phone and promised to stop by at 9am next morning. He arrived on time. Explained clearly to me options. We decided to replace the unit. Matt and his crew worked from 2pm to 9pm to get the job done the same day. Matt is honest, has a great team and very hard working people. After the job is done, Matt explained to me about the warranty and his service courteously and thoroughly. We said good bye at around 9pm. He had another job to go to. I can't say enough good things about Matt's service. My friend's home needs A/C repair and I referred Matt right away. read more

First off this is a loooong over due review. Matt is amazing! My heat went out last year during the holidays on a Saturday evening and Matt came out and fixed it on Sunday! I thought I was doomed to another 60 degree night in the house until someone could come out on Monday. Matt was honest and straight forward and when it ended up being an easier fix than originally thought, he let me know and adjusted his price accordingly. Also, there was no premium surcharge for coming out on a weekend which is rare these days. So, when my heat went out again last night I knew immediately who to call! Matt and Juan where here bright and early ready to go. Again I was blessed to have it be a simple fix which even got me to work on time once they were done (not so happy about that part ) As a woman dealing with service repairmen I can tell you how much I appreciate Matt and Juan. There was no condescension, or talking down or over simplifying things to "explain it to the little woman" I appreciated the simple, honest and straightforward manner in which Matt and Juan conducted themselves. It was here's the issue, now let's fix it. There wasn't any sales pitch or pressure to upgrade or replace a system that didn't need it. THANK YOU! THANK YOU! Semper Fi Air! read more
