This company was absolutely terrible to deal with! I had a car with front end damage to get rid of so I contacted SUYCO and they replied and asked if it was a lien free title and requested pictures. Well I let them know if was a lien free title in my name and got the pictures sent over the next day when I had access to the vehicle. A day passed by without hearing anything from them so I gave them a call and they tried telling me they never received the pictures even though they were in the exact email thread we had been communicating through. I sent them again and once again they said the pictures were just showing up as a link even though they were attached images. I offered to text them to them instead so they had me message their boss. Sent over the pictures and the boss gave me a quote of $700. I figured that was reasonable and called them back to setup and appointment. When we figured out an agreed upon date they told me I had to be available all day for when the driver arrived because they don't do appointment windows. Looks I understand the driver has a schedule but so do I. I work 50 hours a week at one job and then come home to run my business as well. All I was asking for a windows of a few hours so I had an idea of when to be in the area considering I live 30 minutes from where the car was located. The girl on the phone finally ended up saying that "we could do it around 2 pm". I replied that would be perfect. Well today was the day for pickup and I had to change the brakes on my girlfriends car and as I have the tire off and pads out I get a call at 10:15 AM from the driver who was picking up my car My driver, Dan who I don't want to have anything bad to say about because he was actually the kindest and best part of the whole experience was never told anything about a particular time or even a window. Well I finished my brake job up and told Dan I would be there in 30 minutes. I arrived, he arrived, we went over to the car. He asked if I had the key. I told him that honestly I didn't even know where the key currently was and the fact that no one I had talked to or any of the information I had filled out had ever asked I had the key or hell, if the vehicle even started! He then called his manager who informed both of us that they were going to have to pass on the vehicle wasting both of our time. Well Dan, and I am talking to you right now Dan but if I have one suggestion for you it's to get the hell out of that company because if this is how they treat their clients I cant even begin to imagine what kind of torture they put their employees through. read more

When I called on the phone to get a quote and set up pick up of the vehicle I was told the driver would call at least a half hour prior to set up the time so i could meet him at the repair shop where my car was. The company called me the day the car was to be picked up stating they had to reschedule for the following week which I approved. The morning of the scheduled pick up day, the tow driver calls me at 6am. I called back at 6:30am (the time my alarm goes off for work) and he tells me because I didn't answer when he called that he won't come get the car. I explain to him what I had discussed with the company when I originally made arrangements as well as informing him what the business hour of the repair shop my car was at. Several phone calls later he finally tells me he will be pulling into the repair shop to pick my car up in 5 minutes. I leave work and rush over to find he already has my car partially loaded on the truck before i arrived and completed the transaction of exchanging title and reciept!!!! EXTREMELY unprofessional driver. The only plus side was that he paid me 3 times what the original phone offer was. The headache was not worth the $$$$$!! read more

Filled out a quote online but I guess they only work Monday - Friday. Most people who work need Saturday and Sunday service!!!!!!!!
