Phase I: I knew electrical was a mess, but not until Daniel started fixing things, did I realize how lucky I was that my house didn't burn down. Then, we discovered that my garage was an even bigger disaster - my handyman shall remain in my heart, but his work was not "up to code" so to speak. We determined that I needed some additional work to in the garage area and I asked for an estimate to have it completed another day. Daniel had one to early the next morning. I requested a modest additional credit of 10% of the order total due to the prolonged delay, which he declined, characterizing the request as usury. He then made an inappropriate and offensive personal remark. Interactions are always two-way, but the owner asking me if I'm rich and suggesting I have a handicap was uncalled for.
