I requested a modest additional credit of 10% of the order total due to the prolonged delay, which he declined, characterizing the request as usury. He then made an inappropriate and offensive personal remark. Interactions are always two-way, but the owner asking me if I'm rich and suggesting I have a handicap was uncalled for.
