Poor customer service, lack of communication, inconsistent rates, can't seem to keep employees.

They only take checks I mean come on who uses checks anymore. You have to remember to coke in to pay your storage bill each month. But the good thing is the owner is very nice and if you are a little late he is very understanding about the issue I am complaining about. So for that reason this place deserves four stars for the good customer service.

I left my keys on the counter one day while checking out when I walked back in to get them they were not there there was only one person there the employee. I was only in my storage unit and in the office and nowhere else but my keys mysteriously just disappeared. When I came back up a few weeks later of course not having the keys to my unit I had to have the locks cut. When I inquired about using a bolt cutter I was told that it would be $60 Perlock to be cut. I was then told that the storage unit place itself has master keys to all the various luck companies and locks and that for a $60 Perlock charge they would open the lock for me. The charge was to pay for the service of having the master keys and for the trouble of having to open up the lock. Of course not having the money to pay for it I beg and grovel to use the boat cutters and ended up finally cutting the locks off and buying new ones. I had rented three storage units there. When going to open up one of them I was Not only shot but angry as well when I saw the unit and the items were turned upside down and boxes have been opened. Talking with the owner if you weeks later I found out that there is no such thing as having master keys to the locks. Putting two into together of course it's pretty easy to figure that out that the employee had to take my keys and was going to charge me the fee for using my keys on my locks. I informed the owner of this he told me to never had a problem before and said he would take care of it. I've been gone for a few months and unplug my returned recently that employee is still there I was told he would not be. I've now cleared my units out and have been going through and taking a list of what is here and what is not. I am finding several items missing and I'm not happy about it. They were very sentimental things and some very expensive and important things. Some things were from my mother Who just recently passed away. This is unacceptable crap for myself I don't know about you but I would really think twice about renting a unit from the company. There are several of the storage units and 29 palms to consider before this one. I am not going to contact the police and file a report on this. I guess that the owner did not figure that I am certified in fingerprint forensics and I did lift fingerprints of led of several items including the door. We'll see what happens when it's run through AFIS.

Ur belongings will be completely ruined and covered in a foot of sand since there is not proper sealing/ stripping on unit doors. Doors are extremely difficult to open and close. No one returns messages, emails, online submissions. Their website payment says not able to process payment and then makes u late. It says they will call u but NO ONE does. My things have been in 2 units since end of April. They overcharge me. They had an employee named Shawn L when I reserved my units. He was great!! Then idk what happened but along came Cheryl. Again, she was great. She was out there working her butt off in the 114° summer weather and still gave great customer service. Not sure what happened to her. Now there's no one. It took months for Raquel the District manager to respond. Apparently she's been around 10 years. She has no customer service, Ineffective communication, argues, finds no solution, dgaf about customer or mistakes made on their end. They are comfortable with ripping people off and knowing they can depend on military customer base which is why they aren't held accountable. We never agreed to put them there it's kind of a long story but my mother's bank card was used fraudulently over the phone. This is still in court up there. I went there to pick up my mother's things and Jim Petra told me that he lost the key to the storage unit. I gave him my number and asked that you guys please call me when you find the key as I live 2 hours away. So since I didn't hear back and trying to deal now with the death of my mother I call your company back and was told by Mr. Petra that my mother's things were sold. I can't tell you how upsetting this has been for me. My mother was 88 years old so for your company to do this is absolutely horrible. My nephew is the First Sargent at the base there is 29 so we will be doing everything in our power to make sure the soldiers and their families know how you do business.

We were looking for an indoor storage facility that we could trust with such a valuable purchase to keep it safe and out of the elements but also be taken care of like we would ourselves. Not only is Jose knowledgable and very kind, this entire experience we have had from day 1 has been nothing short of incredible. Jose and Michael have been right there whenever we arrive, ready to go, and ready to help in any way possible. We have had additional challenges that are completely out of the realm of storing an RV and they both have been right there to help as if they were part of our family. In a world where kindness and going above and beyond seems like its almost non existence you can tell that this is just their way of doing things. Not only is it refreshing, it releases so much stress on us and has been a huge blessing. I could go on about how great they are. If you are thinking about giving Premier Indoor Boat and RV Storage your business, don't walk, run. They are incredible!

Over the years I have seen the quality of service rapidly decline. The place is packed and there's barely ever anyone there to help you. If there is it's usually someone maybe around 20 years old that's goofing around and could care less about you. They also will never have any answers to anything. I had my RV outside but they were packing it in like a sardine and I wanted it indoors for the summer days to preserve the roof. So I laid a premium. At the time around 550. For indoor service plus an extra 25 for 20 amp to keep the battery's healthy. Welp. Not sure what they did. When I checked my rv out - the batteries were completely shot. Can't even ignite the generator. These are new batteries btw. Also my leveling system is going nuts and beeping. So now I have to take my rv in for repair. Even though I have textual proof they PROMISED to take care of the electric. But then it gets worse! I realized the sliding plastic protector on my screen door that prevents people from getting to the handle from the outside was completely missing. I looked on the ground and there were a few broken pieces. Meaning someone broke it and hid the evidence. But we're so dumb they left a few pieces behind. So then I snooped around and realized that someone had Belen sleeping in my bed! I could tell from the sheets and pillow indentation. You see what they don't know is I had the RV staged for sales photos with very nicely made up bedding. And hand driven it at all since making the bed. So needless to say I packed her up immediately and drove her to a place that is half the price up the street with my own spot and gated security. What's the point of trusting your RV to a premium full service place that's not going to do any service and break in and use your RV as a resting spot? Oh. And they hiked the rates up because you know "the times" and I was paying I think around 630/mo by the end. I don't understand why they have so many good reviews. I can only imagine they buy them or they are legacy. This place is so dumb there's also only one code for the secure gate. They change it maybe once every two years. I'm fairly confident I could go back. Gain entry and walk right into someone's RV if I wanted to. Best avoid. Save your money and look up the 15 a little bit. Much better options.
