Try to call them many times when I was out of State they never pick up the phone, sometime the call go to another storage place. I have a friend that clean the storage area and the lady say I didn't pay in January, that I dispute my payment from the bank, I did but the payment still gone throw, that mean I already pay in January a friend went to clean the storage and also pay again for January, I have proof they take the money from the bank. Getting a storage space was quick, easy, and a lock is included. The manager is super nice and helpful. Love that they are all drive-up spaces. Unit was very clean and there are many security cameras I didn't want to take off a star for this, but there no lighting in the individual spaces (at least the small ones), so bring a headlamp, or I'll often flip my car around and use my headlights. read more

This facility on there website speaks of it being safe and secure. I stored my Rv there from April 2018 - September 2018. My RV was broken into with a crowbar and the fence had tires on one side and the barb wired fence was down to gain access to unit. Also no cameras present. Took several days for them to notice and fix the fence. They promise a secure facility based on website. Was promised my money back for the month by manager but they did not provide one. Payed 1,000 dollar deductable to my insurance company. Still waiting on a response to my emails from the owner. read more

I looked at several storage places and found this to have several advantages. First the person I talked to in the office was friendly and helpful, even as I came in just as he was closing on the weekend. The facility is clean, accessible during reasonable hours, and has a customer bathroom that can be used while on site. The rates are reasonable and the units seem well maintained. read more
