Owner Anthony acknowledged our budget and presented many appealing options. Gustavo Felix and Jesus performed the multi-step process from carpet removal to custom baseboard painting. My husband commented that he was glad we hadn't attempted the project ourselves--since we're consummate DIYers--after watching the complicated process and the obvious ease of their long expertise. I appreciated Gustavo's edification on flooring types and the pros and cons of product choices between flooring contractors and Floor & Decor. Seems there's a big difference in the "Uni Click" and "Easy Click" types of planks that is not addressed in online tutorials. (He advocates the former.) We had originally decided on Floor & Decor products and merely sought installation estimates. Although we ultimately lucked out in meeting with Anthony and finding commensurately-priced products, I suggest more initial pushback to educate first-timers about quality differences and pricing. Big-box stores aren't necessarily the best choice. We are pleased with the new bedroom look and anticipate similar carpet replacement throughout the house down the road.

There was no explanation presented of the process they would undertake. Mario was different. He spent a lot of time explaining in detail the condition and previous care (or lack of care) of our slate floors over the years and the detailed process that his company would undertake to restore them. I was very hopeful after convincing myself that the floors were beyond saving. Mario was so transparent and patient with us that we decided to put our trust in him and his family-owned business even though his bid was slightly higher than the others. Well, Tilecare validated the truth to the adage "you get what you pay for". From the beginning, the crew was prompt and timely with their service and Mario was always available to answer questions and address concerns. The crew was extremely skilled, efficient, professional and courteous. The end result was beyond anything that I could have imagined and we are so happy that we opted for restoration over replacement. I would highly recommend Mario and his family and guarantee you that they will deliver beyond expectations.

Beyond her wonderful customer service, Arizona tile is also set up for the ease of the customer and they present a can-do attitude about everything you bring to their table. Debbie, I'm grateful for our "HOPE" connection, and even more grateful that Providence allowed me to have you as my designer. As you can obviously tell, I would recommend this place and especially Debbie, to anybody who is remodeling or building a home. I would have ran out of there too overwhelmed had it not been for Debbie. And It's night and day from trying to go to a big box store or even a smaller custom tile and stone retail store. And despite how busy she was every time I came in, she would spend some times up to two hours with me until everything was just right, and when we ran into a snag or a problem, she wouldn't stop until we had a resolution that was just perfect. Dan came through at the last minute when we needed it the most. We are were moving into a new home and made plans with another local carpet/tile cleaning company. The other company had to cancel at the last minute. We were having new furniture delivered the next day. We called Dan and he made arrangements to service our house that SAME day! He did a fantastic job. The tile looked great and the carpets were like new. He was also over %25 cheaper than what we were quoted from the company that canceled. We have been assisting an elderly woman for years. The time has come for her to go into assisted living. We cleaned out her house in preparation to sell it. After we removed all the furniture we saw the original color of the carpet. Travel areas were highly visible and stains appeared. We also had a large vintage wool hanging rug cleaned which, with Dan's expert knowledge came out bright, soft and beautiful.
