Wow, I can't believe how bad these people treat their customers. Their installer made us wait for months and months to install the tile, refuse to accept a return for material, not delivering material that was paid for then the owners daughter calls customers crazy for being upset. Between the sales and installation we have had to wait 6 months for 200 SF of tile. We came to an agreement on the return, they took the material away and waited weeks and weeks and never recieved a refund. We purchased material and it was never delivered. I have been in design and construction my entire life and this is one of the worst experiences I have ever had. read more

Please be aware of this store. I came in with my contractor and not only got bad service from the front store "sales" receptionists but also caught them rolling their eyes at me and my contractor. The smirk on their faces was hard to look at. They tried selling us on tile they knew nothing about and got bored and annoyed with us when we asked literally 2 questions. I was told that this place is a huge hit or miss. More of a huge miss in my opinion. Horrible service and experience. Wouldn't trust them with any tile but if you have to, go with something that's super easy for them because they clearly can't handle much else. And the women in front are awful. read more

Ended up selecting some unusual tile and still love it to this day. Five years later, and we are back on the search for tile for the bathroom. After visiting almost every tile store in the desert, and several trips to D'Mundo, Sylvia was able to understand what I was looking for and she quickly hit the nail of the head, with a perfect choice.
