Hi, a friend recommended Dmundo for adding on to a walkway with saltillo tile. We worked with Megan, she was very helpful. We hired Chandler Robinson to install it. He and Logan did a great job, professional, personable, honest and communicated each step well. They just finished yesterday and we love it. Definitely recommend DMundo tile for all projects, thank you read more

Wow, I can't believe how bad these people treat their customers. Their installer made us wait for months and months to install the tile, refuse to accept a return for material, not delivering material that was paid for then the owners daughter calls customers crazy for being upset. Between the sales and installation we have had to wait 6 months for 200 SF of tile. We came to an agreement on the return, they took the material away and waited weeks and weeks and never recieved a refund. We purchased material and it was never delivered. I have been in design and construction my entire life and this is one of the worst experiences I have ever had. read more

We've shopped D'MUNDO for many years now and their showroom has an enormous amount of vendors, selections and variety, which helps us to be able to give our clients an array of options for their remodels and rebuilds. All of their staff is lovely..they are welcoming, friendly and helpful. Megan, who is our go to salesperson, is fantastic! She knows her inventory and has a great eye for tile and how to put items together for our projects....she's a designers dream! Thanks D'MUNDO!!! We couldn't do our design jobs without you! Please be aware of this store. I came in with my contractor and not only got bad service from the front store "sales" receptionists but also caught them rolling their eyes at me and my contractor. The smirk on their faces was hard to look at. They tried selling us on tile they knew nothing about and got bored and annoyed with us when we asked literally 2 questions. I was told that this place is a huge hit or miss. More of a huge miss in my opinion. Horrible service and experience. Wouldn't trust them with any tile but if you have to, go with something that's super easy for them because they clearly can't handle much else. And the women in front are awful. read more

The rudest sallee women I've ever encountered. Buy on Etsy and save yourself the trip. I had a significant order and couldn't get myself to give them the business. Aside from horrible customer service the owners refused to wear masks and they walked all around the store so it was challenging to social distance. read more

Long overdue review. This place is simply the best. Both the sales personnel and the overwhelming selection of tiles are the best in the valley. read more

I had the best experience at D'mundo Tile. My wife asked me to grab get some tile samples for our pool and I found the perfect place for that. The ladies really took the time to help me pick out the perfect tiles for our pool and really went out of their way to make sure I got it on time. Such a great family run business with that personal touch. I highly recommend them! read more

I cannot say enough about the staff, selection, and customer service we received at Di Mundo. They gave us incredible service and we could not be happier with our home remodel. The staff and owners help you through every selection and spend quality time and attention with you. If you want the very best selection, 5 star service, along with affordable prices, Di Mundo is the place to go. Thanks again to all the staff and owners ! read more

Best tile store in the desert, without a doubt. Tiled my great room, kitchen and dining room a few years ago and they had the best selection, and were definitely the most helpful and creative. Ended up selecting some unusual tile and still love it to this day. Five years later, and we are back on the search for tile for the bathroom. After visiting almost every tile store in the desert, and several trips to D'Mundo, Sylvia was able to understand what I was looking for and she quickly hit the nail of the head, with a perfect choice. Don't know why I wasted so many hours, going else where. There is nowhere else half as good. read more

The staff is incredibly friendly. They have a great selection and very creative designers!

This is an awesome place to come to for anything tiles. Their customer service is excellent and they have a large inventory of beautiful tiles. Pricing is also very competitive. I had a great experience coming here and will always come back for as long as the company keeps the ladies working behind the counter. They are knowledgeable about tiles and gave exceptional customer support. read more

Purchased tile from this place and found out that I paid way too much. Could have gotten it for about half of what I paid if I'd gone to Victory Tile. So, if you want a good deal on tile, go to Victory Tile in Cathedral City. Much better prices, better selection and the people are honest and straight forward at Victory. read more
