First off I didn't even know that had rentals…read more Another home improvement store which I've rented trucks from didn't have anything available day off. To my surprise, this place had some. Perfect. It was pretty simple in the sense of picking it up. Same concept as everywhere you would go for a rental. We didn't book it ahead of time so no reservations were given. Oh, you would need to call whatever store you're interested in to inquire if they had rentals. We just got lucky as it was next door to where we were. They had two right out front of the entrance. Rental booking was at the customer service/return counter. It was pretty simple. The usual with ID and insurance card. And the price was quite decent. Under 20.00 for 90 minutes which was more than we would need. The longer you need it, it's based on the time I believe. It was a couple minutes while information was inputted into the computer. She then went out to check the gas situation and handled us the key. There's a 200.00 deposit and it's refunded after you pay the total on return. Truck itself was pretty sturdy. We needed it for a large pickup which it was perfect for. Return was easy as well. We just parked it in the front where it originally was and the rest was done. Paid the charge and simple as that. Deposit will get refunded after payment. At least now I know that they have rental trucks for whenever I need something transferred. All the staff starting with rental to return was amazing and excellent. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming.

This location, Palm Springs has really good parking which is a major plus in my book. Anywhere with great parking is a win. No one has time to drive up and down looking for parking or waiting for someone to leave...lol... Anyways good parking. Also they have a rental department that's actually nice and the staffs are very helpful. I needed to pick up some plants which their garden center is quite extensive. Big department in its own source. There's a section that's cater to indoors plants but very small compared to outdoor. Not only the department inside, there's a massive sections of plants all line up out front. All of the stores tend to have the same layout but some tends to be reverse from what I'm used to. As for the plant department, there was only one person at the cashier which she was amazing and very friendly but trying to find someone else for a question was pretty hard. Couldn't find anyone. Then trying to locate things from the website is a smart idea with the isles and section their in. But it doesn't help when things are constantly moving around. Took a while to find a garden tool. It was like looking for a needle in a haystack...lol... Also needed some paint which the staffs there were very friendly. Literally standing there looking at things and so many staff members came up to ask if we needed help. Besides that, you know what to expect when you walk into a Home Depot. A builders paradise. And if you're a holiday junkie, it's your candy store with all the Christmas things up and running. A winter wonderland paradise.
