We bought our slate floors and bathroom tile from Victory. After 15 years we had a problem with the installation that an independent contractor had done. Purchased $2000 worth of tile from this company. Had 1 full unopened box to return within 30 days. Box worth $150. Company wanted to charge me a $25 restocking fee and $70 shipping to send it back. Super lousy customer service. I will never buy from them again and will actively talk negatively to anyone about doing business with Victory. There are too many other vendors on Perez that sell tile. I plan to file with my credit card company regarding this and the Better Business Bureau. read more

I recently purchased all the tile for 2 bathroom remodels from Victory Tile (floors, shower walls, shower walls and decorative). They were extremely knowledgeable and helpful! The salesperson, Colin, helped me find and select the perfect tiles for my bathrooms. Mike was able locate the exact tile and expedite it for my contractor to pickup. Everyone there was extremely friendly and helpful. My bathrooms went from a 1980's carpeted nightmare to updated and gorgeous. When I remodel my kitchen, I will definitely come back here. I've used the in the past, but have to say after this last time..NO MORE!! All was good while ordering my tile, in fact when I was ordering I was told to not worry about going above the typical 10% overage estimate because I could return it. Stupid me!! There was NO mention that I had 30 days to return it, not from my sales person and not on the receipt!! 3000 sq ft of tile, which took 10 days to order and deliver...but when I showed up 60 days from date of order I was told, sorry!! No, I am sorry Victory Tile that I spent my money at your store...but will NEVER do so again. As another reviewer mentions, the valley is full of tile stores!! I can't believe I wasn't offered a store credit...an offer of 50 cents of the dollar...a restocking fee...something??!! It was 20 cases of tile, not like some odd amout that couldn't cover someone else's room!! Keep treating your regular customers like this, you won't have to worry much longer because you won't have any!!! read more

I'm late putting in my review. I used them to buy that tile that looks like hardwood for my house after originally placing an order at Lowe's and waiting 6 weeks for shipment only to be told it was back stocked indefinitely. I went to countless tile shops around the Valley. Victory was willing to work withing my budget and find the perfect tile AND I was able to pick it up the same day.
