This was not honored and my mom who is 85 and on limited income was very emotion. To others it might not matter but she is elderly. So I called and try to dispute this for my mom and again he would NOT honor this and he had the audacity to call me back to let me know that if I gave him a bad review he would upload the contract but that's not what he agreed to, so go ahead and upload any contract you want. You guys did not make it right and I am here to protect elderly or anyone else. We left half month that is a FACT and it was not prorated as promised! Period. Don't use this company.

You failed to inform your tenets of the rat problem when you knew about it. And you refuse to take responsibility for it.
