All staff were very accommodating and professional from day one! I love my puppy so much and she is extremely happy and healthy! All the negative reviews are clearly from people who are against puppy stores and breeders, which is absolutely ridiculous.In reference to the review below,puppies are like human babies, meaning they will cry and sleep. That does not mean that they are sad or neglected or come from puppy mills! You will rarely be able to adopt any puppies, since most dogs available for adoption are older and have been through trauma or abandoned or have health issues. I did a lot of research and I have yet to find a puppy available for adoption. My puppy was vaccinated and provided with great care while at bark avenue. I was provided with documentation and pictures of her parents and where she came from as well. I am so grateful that I was recommended to go to Bark Avenue. My only issue is that I follow them on social media and I feel tempted every day to get another puppy. :) Thanks Bark Avenue!

From the moment we walked in, the man at the desk barely acknowledged us. He gave us little more than a hello, stayed focused on his phone, and never once asked what brought us in, whether we were looking for a puppy, what breed we were interested in, or whether he could help us. When I asked if the puppies I saw were the only breeds available, he casually pointed toward another area and said there were more "at the bottom." The entire interaction felt incredibly dismissive and impersonal. Eventually, one puppy caught my attention and I wanted to interact with her to see if there was a connection. I asked if it was possible to pet or hold her, and he responded that he "only takes them out if someone is interested in buying a dog." That response was honestly baffling considering he had never once asked whether I was interested in purchasing a puppy. I WAS interested in buying a dog -- that was literally why I walked into the store. I asked how someone is supposed to know whether they are interested in purchasing a puppy without being able to interact with the puppy first. His response was that people "usually come in with the intention of buying a dog." Again: that was exactly my intention. He simply never bothered to ask. I'm not sure what criteria he was using to decide that I apparently wasn't a serious customer, but making assumptions about someone instead of simply speaking to them is an incredibly poor way to run a business -- especially when you are selling living animals that people are potentially bringing into their families for the next 10-15+ years. Buying a puppy is not like picking a product off a shelf. Of course someone is going to want to meet, hold, and interact with a puppy before making that decision. I simply said "okay" and walked out. So yes, he absolutely lost a potential sale today. I could very easily have purchased that puppy had the interaction gone differently. Unfortunately, the complete lack of customer service, interest, and basic effort to understand why I was there made me want to spend my money elsewhere.

We drove about half an hour to get there and were taken within about 10 min. They were very friendly and caring. They said this would just be a consult but they were able to lightly sedate our hedgehog and lance it and saw it was just an abscess and nothing worse atleast and they drained it and gave us antibiotics. I am happy they were able to do this and put our minds at ease.

In 2018 I bought an English Bulldog from…read morehim and in 2023 she developed a condition that was attacking her platelets and there was no treatment to be done to save her and she had to be put down right before she turned 4. I thought this was just an isolated situation and got a Frenchie from him in 2023. When I got the frenchie home she was sick, I worked through that and we then noticed her back hips would pop as she was walking, if she was walking over you you could feel her hips pop. The hips have tightened up but she definitely runs with a skip and we were planning on addressing this soon. Well, she is now 2 years and 9 months and she is still in the hospital after needing emergency IVDD surgery. I know these dogs are high risk but to have 2 with major issues before even 4 years old this is the true meaning of someone not breeding healthy dogs. I am heartbroken yet again from poor breeding and these poor dogs are not given a fair chance. I luckily will do anything I can for my babies and we have a long road of healing, therapy, and possibly a wheelchair for my dog. I have purchased two dogs from him and each was a bad experience. I even sent him a message just a few days ago, he has seen my message about this mess but didn't even take the time to respond. Update for 2026 1 yr after IVDD she is now having knee issues and will require surgery. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BREADER
