Just be a little patient with yourself at first if you haven't played bingo in awhile. We were cracking up the whole time as a group and were able to bring some snacks and drinks to enjoy too which was great! She said nothing about an issue at the time, but when it came time to pay, they suddenly refused to honor them. The Groupon clearly states "1 per transaction," not "per table," yet they still wouldn't allow it. It was also supposed to be a birthday dinner, and absolutely nothing was done to acknowledge it. The service was slow and inattentive, and to top it off, they were out of SIX different items on their menu - including coffee! We ended up paying full price for a mediocre meal and still lost the money spent on the unused Groupons that they marked as used. They stated that we coukd use another time but we will NEVER return.We asked to speak to the owner but was told theybwere not there even though q0 min prior the waitress stated that she had to get the owner to redeem groupon. Within minutes of my order being placed, my food came out in about 5 minutes -- not too shabby! As you can see from the photo, it looked very appealing. How was the taste? Simply filling and comforting. It was rich, stick to your bones grub that you want every so often. Hash browns were crisp, and the schnitzel was fried perfectly and topped with my over easy eggs. Everything simply worked in unison for a flavorful combination. The biscuit was also something to mention. It was homemade, fluffy, and not dry whatsoever! They had a docent, Mark, who was already underway with one group so we came in for his talk about the first few exhibits. He seemed really into his job. Then we paid the entrance fee. Bonus for the AAA discount. This museum isn't very large but the exhibits are well done. You'll maybe be here like 15 to 20 minutes but it's fun if you don't know a lot about the German immigrants here. There's a small gift store as well. Parking is a small lot.

They have a one of a kind gun powder bag from the Indians from the 1800s. Also very unique jewelry made out of human hair. Very interesting place with great gracious host. Dottie our tour guide was very informative and friendly. The gift shop has lots of New Braunfels souvenirs and books. Love all the German Steins and German hats.
