Came here for date night while I was visiting Houston. The interior is sexy and dim and you're immediately encapsulated by the music and sound of the drums. The perfect mix between sultry and EDM music definitely puts you in a trance here. Our hostess was friendly and our seats were cozy, velvety soft, and comfortable. He ordered me a lemon drop which I barely drank because there was too much sugar on the rim and I hate a sugared or salted rim. I ordered the lobster caviar roll and it was pretty good, I'll give it a 9/10. I was also surprised with the chocolate tart as a birthday dessert. I'm not a fan of chocolate but the strawberries made it more palatable. The dessert is rich and decadent in flavor. Ultimately, the vibes in this lounge were definitely my vibe. I enjoyed the entertainment and service provided throughout the night and I can't wait to return!

Fun place with great drinks and live music!! You can also order small appetizers to go with your drinks!! The service is also pretty good. The drinks and food came pretty fast.

Vibes! Segreto is a very upscale, trendy speakeasy bar. Don't be fooled by the classical speakeasy name, the live music wasn't quiet! (Fine with me) There was a jazz band, great cocktails, and very cool seating where you could kick back and enjoy some time with friends. Will return!

We visited Segreto last night for drinks with some friends. The food & drink menu is simple yet diverse. We enjoyed sipping our drinks while the DJ entertained the room and the ambient lights glistened off the chandelier. Our server was highly attentive throughout the night.

Really cool spot for an upscale dinner experience. There's plenty of parking in around the corner. Cant speak much for the food itself but the drinks and live music make quite the scene! Everything is beautifully crafted and presented. The disco lights and cover band put on great performance, but it is quite loud so be prepared! It's also very pricey, which shouldn't come as a surprise for this side of town. The place wasn't terribly busy on Thursday night but would make a reservation if you're coming to celebrate with a group!

6 star for this place! I L O V E I T! Atmosphere, music, people, drinks, service, everything is amazing!

I learned about Segreto when I ate at Lombardi's grand opening. Segreto means secret in Italian and this is a hidden/secret speakeasy bar that is connected to Lombardi. You can enter Segreto two ways. From the right side of Lombardi or some VIPs are taken through the kitchen. The ambiance curates the sexiest vibe and will make you surrender to Segreto's enchantment. They have live music going all night long, upscale dress code to honor as they want you to dress for the experience you would like to have. They have exquisite sashimi and caviar that pairs perfect with their meticulously hand crafted cocktails. I had 7 pink dragons and two shots casa migos. Which is why you see me laying on the concrete after I left Lol. A good time was definitely had here! Going back is a must. This time I will stick to a two drink maximum. Lol

I got to say I am beyond surprise of how amazing this place is I was able to come in and celebrate my partner birthday and they were amazing. Keaton A I believe he was one of the managers and Angelo welcome The group and make sure that we had a blast. They had a live show. Lots of fun music, and a DJ. The drinks were amazing as well. I was able to try a few definitely recommend the dragon drink. I will be definitely coming back here with friends. It is definitely an amazing place to be. We didn't even care about the price of the drinks or anything because we were having so much fun. Highly recommend this place.

If you're looking for dark - moody - intimate - romantic vibes Segreto Lounge is definitely IT. A rare date night on a Wednesday with my sweet gentleman - we had an 8pm reservation and were promptly seated - we almost had the place to ourselves. The DJ didn't start till 9 - but there was music. My gentleman really enjoyed the smoked old fashioned - my H-Town Spritz was also really good. Our waitress was very chill and just let us enjoy our cocktails and each other until our glasses were empty - We will for sure go back - perhaps on a Latin night or a live music night. DOWNSIDES - he is 6ft3 the chairs and tables are really small and really short, so if your gentleman is a big guy I'd recommend a bar seat or perhaps one of the sofa style seats. There is a $100 spend minimum - that is not mentioned on Open Table OR on their website or by our waitress - had we known up front - we would have ordered another cocktail or dessert. That's my only reason for the 4 stars.

The lighting is dark, intimate, and behind every level and door, there is something else going on. There is an element of discovery in every corner and a new adventure on every floor. Ever watch the movie Tron? There are some areas of BCD that feel incredibly futuristic with neon-lit interiors and a legitimate sci-fi feel in some areas. The areas are ass follows: The main bar with a DJ and a spacious dance floor, the red room with a visualizer setup of big bass and pulsating lights, the gold room with a speakeasy feel and a curated cocktail menu, with the secret room that is a unique space behind a certain set of doors. Most of the music on the main bar is good, the DJs are energetic, and the bartenders are efficient while professional. It's not the easiest place to photograph anything, but the different (hidden) spaces make it a worthy destination for discovery. The one area that I don't love is that they rock automatic gratuity. I do love how diverse the crowd is on the weekends, which is a testament to the city. Drinks are solid, but the speakeasy drinks are the ones that stand out the most. The latter definitely comes at a price, but beware that some drinks may have all the presence but not enough of the substance. __________ My photos: https://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/behind-closed-doors-houston?userid=ysCBsXWPB-LAiewVS3jZfQ

Between me and hubs, we had a Pan de campo, an order of Gulf Oysters "casino", (4) dressed oysters, a 16 oz dry aged ribeye, a snapper entree and a side of crab fried rice. We finished almost everything except a quarter of the Pan, about a quarter of the rice, and about a third of the ribeye. All were great dishes and would definitely order again. We skipped dessert because honestly none stood out to us. He said their popular dessert is the souffle but they were sold out. Our total before gratuity was about $250 and that included one cocktail. Similar to other recently opened venues that serve beer on tap and feature both indoor and outdoor spaces, there is something available for all ages in your party. Though parking is free in their lot, it does quickly fill up as the evening progresses. Our friends had reserved a few tables outside, but it also turned out to be the coldest day of the year, so we ended up settling inside. We sampled sliders, hot dogs, flat breads, pizza, pretzels, nachos, and chicken lollipops, which were served in metal catering trays along a long table. All the food items that were ordered were good. We did not order anything to drink, but the servers did a great job of coming by our tables to see if we needed anything throughout the evening, and he had quite a large party. The outdoor space is pretty large, with open areas of turf for lawn games and kids to run around. There is also ample outdoor seating, with a few food trucks along the outer part of the venue. Not sure if these are left out year-round, but they had these fire pit space heater/light sources between the tables that provided a nice touch to the outdoor space, especially as the evening grew darker. Although we don't live nearby, this was a great spot to celebrate a birthday, hang out with friends, date night, etc. I definitely recommend this place if you live on this side of town.

Giorgio's is one of two restaurants located in the beautiful Hotel Granduca across from Uptown Park. This is a very nice and upscale property with both valet and self parking available. When I made the reservation I initially chose inside dining but after arriving we decided to take advantage of their offer to sit outside to take advantage of their lovely patio by the pool and the very pleasant outdoor temperature that evening after a nice rain. We were seated near the door where the pianist was playing nice music inside that allowed us to enjoy it. Giorgio's HRW 3 course dinner this year was $39 and I ordered the Burrata Panzanella Salad as my first course followed by Cavatelli Bolognese for the second finishing with the Flourless Chocolate Cake for the third. While waiting we were brought some bread along with trays of peanuts, potato chips and popcorn which was a little unusual but no one complained about free food. I must say that all of my 3 courses were excellent tasting. The Burrata salad had a large serving of the above named cheese with fresh tomatoes, olives and ciabatta bread that was cool in temperature and I could have eaten another serving because it was so good. The pasta bolognese was equally delicious except warm in temperature with the Akaushi beef making a delicious bolognese sauce over the cavatelli. Finally the cake was fresh and full of chocolate flavor with berries and Nutella alongside a scoop of rich vanilla ice cream. This was a perfect finish for what was a fine meal. The outdoor setting was also perfect and one that I wouldn't hesitate to repeat. So why do I only give 4 stars? For some reason not understood by anyone in our party was the fact that this entire experience took us 3 hours from being seated to paying the checks for our 3 course dinners. They didn't appear to be too busy that night so I'm not sure why it took so long. Our group did enjoy our time together and filled it with good conversation but still this dinner should have taken at least 1 hour less.
