The have so many varieties of chocolates and sweets, all conveniently inside The Fashion Mall at Keystone Crossing near the rest of the food stores. I love sweets and can never pass up buying some when I see a shop I'd never been to. The employee was busy with other customers when I first walked up. I walked around a bit, and when he was finished he said hello and asked if I was looking for something specific. I said I was looking for a few things for an Easter basket. We drive from Westfield regularly to get 4 or 5 pieces of this glorious chocolate. I have never tasted one I didn't love. I told my husband that all I want for Valentines Day moving forward is See's. It's the best. read more

The store is located in the foot court area of The Fashion Mall offering a convenient location. The chocolates make a great gift or a nice treat for yourself while you're shopping. Delicious product, rude employees. I knew I liked their chocolate because my husband gifts it to me on occasion. However yesterday was my first experience shopping and I will not be back. I came in with my 8 month old twins in a stroller to purchase stocking stuffers for my 3 older children. I selected 3 chocolate Santa's off the shelf and stood in line behind one customer who was in the process of making his purchase. Another customer then got in line behind me. At this time a second employee came out and opened up the second register and immediately offered to help the customer behind me. Um ok, whatever, I could have let that slide. However then once the customer in front of me completed his purchase and walked away, the original cashier walked away from me and the register to help and customer who had just stepped into the store without saying a word to me. Like I was completely invisible. This is when I set my items on the counter and walked away. Being in the mall with infant twins, I was obviously working on borrowed time which was clearly not respected by the employees in this store. Maybe my purchase wasn't large enough for them to bother with? I don't know, but I will not be back. Plenty of candy stores in this city that would be happy to take my $7.50+ tax. read more

Omg omg I was so excited when I saw this store I. The mall and spent way to much. Being fro Calif and moving to Fort Wayne I've missed sees candy for to long. It's just as I remember it. Very clean inside the store. Practicing amazing Covid precautions and making sure bath staff and guests wore masks and sanitized hands before entry. Walking up to the store the chocolate sweet smell takes over your senses and draws you In. Even more so whe. You see the milk and dark chocolate confections sitting Inside the display cases waiting for you to purchase them. Displays of their chocolate treats are sitting on shelves begging for them to go in your basket and of course you oblige because their candy is just that good. When Your ready to check out they give you a sample of something sweet to pop In your mouth right away. I def recommend sees candy. It's amazing. I don't particularly like sweets, which made it an odd choice years ago when I became the manager of the candy department in a department store. I was always pushing the dark, dark chocolate, which was unusual at the time since most people wanted milk chocolate and loads of sugar. As the kind of person to sample chocolates, I've tried a lot of the chocolate brands there are--from the cheap brands at holidays to the far too expensive to be real brands at any time. I can count See's as my go-to brand. Sure, I like that other California brand, Ghiardelli, but nothing else says See's as do the Orange Krispys, now only in the Autumn. I surprised myself when I returned to the San Fran Bay Area last August because I didn't stop at Ghiardelli's or See's. It wasn't long after that I had Orange Krispys on order. Today, I was surprised when I turned the corner of the mall to find a See's store. Wait! This is Indiana. Who outside of Californians really know about See's? I was thinking that it couldn't be many. Although the mall wasn't so busy, the store had two employees and then, me. I got a Bordeaux Bar and a Milk Chocolate with Toffee Bits Bar, which are both way too sweet for me every day, but it's been months since I've had chocolate. The staff member who talked to me wasn't so sweet. I was a bit surprised because in California, they're always overflowing with sweetness. Even the people at the holiday kiosk in Kenwood Towne Center (similar to my Apple Store comparisons. Oh, and they're opening a permanent store there also!) in Cincinnati or those kiosks in the Orlando, Florida area really make you feel that they want you there. Hopefully, it was just an off day for her. You can have your Godiva, Harry & David, Goods, etc. but give me the See's. read more

I've been to the original See's in San Francisco, California and this store brings me back to that trip. I love how it's retro inside. They've been making candy since 1921! When I walked in the lady at the counter came over and offered me a sample. I love how they go all out for the seasons and incorporate that in the packaging. I was glad I was able to get some trick or treat goodie bag and sweets. They have really good toffee which is my favorite. It's a great store that's been around a long time and that's because they make great products. read more

I called and warned them I was coming. "Cancel your breaks and get ready; I'm on my way," I said. I was joking, but...I really wasn't. I wanted to warn them that I would be placing a large order. And 45 minutes later, I had several gift boxes and bags filled with luscious, creamy, milk and dark chocolate treats for an army of friends. The ONLY reason I'm giving this two stars is because the ladies who work there don't make the chocolates themselves. I visited the store yesterday and was ignored for at least two minutes. No one else was there besides me, but the ladies thought it was appropriate to finish their non-work related conversation before I should be addressed. I should have left at that point, but I wanted to grab some of my mother's favorite chocolates for her. After placing my order and handing my card to pay, the elderly lady decided that she would just place my card down on the counter. I left the card there hoping that she planned to pick it back up. She never did. Instead, she placed by bag of candy next to the card and just slid both things toward me. She didn't say a word. There was no "thank you." She turned back around to finish the conversation. Her name was Sandra R. I won't be going back to See's and have contacted corporate. I posted this elsewhere and several other AA friends have said they've experienced the same. Hopefully they will contact corporate, too. Sad. read more

While the shop is small, it's is packed with all of the sweet and chocolaty goodness that is See's Candies. Located across from the food court and Napolese on the lower level at Keystone at the Crossing mall, you will find See's. The store is broken into two parts, the gorgeous display of single chocolates that you can buy by the piece or make your own box. If you see some thing that you like, but are unsure, they allow you to try a free sample. The other section of the store is the prepackaged See's Candies that vary in candy mixtures, sizes, and cost that make for perfect last minute gifts for all of the candy lovers or for yourself. One of the best things about See's is that many of their candies are gluten free, so much so, on their allergen list, they list the candies that either contain gluten or are made in the same location that makes candies that contain gluten and not the ones that you can eat. read more

First, you must start with a free sample, which is always granted. Second, you must narrow down your choices from the vast selection of chocolates behind the case. I would suggest you pick one of my favorites--butterscotch square, scotch kiss, scotch mallow (seeing a theme here?), California brittle--or just go for a box of assorted chocolates in order to have a solid variety of quality chocolates. Third and final, make your purchase and enjoy the delectable legacy of Mrs. Mary See. See's might not be a local business, but they bust out some mighty-fine chocolate treats. read more

I was a bit reluctant to make the trip to this See's location, based on prior reviews. I LOVE CHOCOLATE! Especially See's, so I went. I'm glad I did and was able to make my own assumptions. Based on MY OWN experience. I was immediately greeted and offered samples. The associate was patient and friendly. See's candies is like a candy boutique for me that has perfect medley of all kind of assortments possible. I somehow missed writing a review for the store even though I visit it all the time. My favorites are dark chocolate marzipan and raspberry dark chocolate truffles. If you love almond marzipan then you must visit this place coz the marzipan candy is heavenly. The staffs are very helpful regarding tasting candies.They also have tons of fruit (orange, strawberry, lemon, pineapple, raspberry and blueberry) flavored truffles in milk chocolate, white and dark chocolate. My Auntie introduced us to See's Candy when we were visiting in January. We visited the Fairfield Mall and Nutree Plaza Locations in California and both times we were greeted kindly and offered samples of the most amazing chocolates. Imagine our surprise when we stumbled on a See's at the fashion mall today!!! We spent about 5 minutes looking around the shop and in the cases and left without buying or tasting one thing. My husband was a little sad, as was I. We observed two employees and only one other customer looking around while we were there. The employees didn't even make eye contact with any of us or even greet us or acknowledge anyone in anyway. Needless to say we left. I'm not going to beg anyone to wait on me. Customer service has been going down for years all over Indy and I guess I just expected more from the North Side. Thank God for apps like yelp. I do miss See's Chocolates so hopefully I make it back one day soon or find a different location. read more
