My windshield replacement came in at just about $200, including installation. That was about $150 less than the quote from the company my insurer recommended. Plus they were super accommodating and were able to come out quickly to get the job done while I was working. If you talk to Bob for a few minutes you'll realize he is the kind of person you want to do business with. They're not perfect, we had a little hiccup in the supply chain for my windshield, but Bob clearly felt my slight inconvenience personally and really went out of his way to sew things up and make sure I was satisfied. And without a doubt, I definitely am. If a business is measured not by what they do right, but by how they respond when something goes wrong, these guys get a big huge A+. Keep it up guys, I'll be recommending you at every opportunity. PS- Really though, it's time to accept credit cards. The swipe fee for my transaction would have been less than $6. After getting a quote from one of the big guys, I don't think anyone would bat an eye at paying $6 to use a credit card.

After a big object hit my window over the weekend, I immediately found Genesis through an online search. I sent my insurance info to them over the weekend, and when I called them on Monday morning, they were able to fit me in that same day. When I asked if they could still fit me in that day, they went above and beyond to get the new windshield delivered back to them that same day. The staff member Talia who assisted me was incredibly attentive, made sure all my needs were met before i left my keys and communicated everything clearly and professionally. When I returned to pick up my vehicle, the tint, PPF, and ceramic coating had all been completed in a timely manner--and the car looks amazing. Talia and Mike both went over the vehicle with me and explained the entire aftercare process in detail. They walked me through how to maintain the coating, what to expect over the next few weeks as the PPF and ceramic settles into real‑world conditions, and when to bring the car back for a follow‑up inspection. It's rare to find a team in the automotive industry that combines friendliness, expertise, and genuine care for the customer experience, but that's exactly what I received here. I will surely be back with any future vehicles and will continue recommending RPS Auto Specialists to all my family and friends.
