JaX got back to me quickly with an extremely reasonable quote for our request. Field Manager Wahab met with me prior to the scheduled service, made a plan for the security patrol, and explained everything clearly. Wahab and Officer Kuldip kept careful watch over our place during the fumigation, sending photos at least once per hour from their patrol, just as other reviews have mentioned. Everyone on the team was fantastic; their kindness, integrity, and professionalism left a lasting impression. They are all really good, honest people. I highly recommend Guards Post Security and will definitely reach out to them for any future security needs!

The guards have been punctual, professional, and easy to communicate with. Overall, we have had a very positive experience and would rate them five stars.

The guard approached with a really arrogant attitude and said I pulled in wrong. I apologized and explained what happened, but he kept on fixating on the driveway, and I said sorry again as I'm growing more frustrated. He hesitantly started saying he'd get it for us, but he kept pushing the conversation towards the driveway. I got really upset and told him, "You know what? I'm just gonna hop the fence." So I went home and could hear him behind my house.. So, me being me went back to the club, and then he comes over with it in his hand. He then proceeded to tell my husband and my six-year-old that I should have gone to jail. My son started to cry . What is your problem, dude? The situation could have turned really ugly and violentbapl could have been avoided with a stern voice as using of the driveway and a sympathy understand maam I can't allow you to go in there, I will get it for you. He had created an issue, was condescending and rude when there was no need for that. I will give it two stars because I did call to report him for his behavior, man on The phone seems sympathetic and so that he would discuss it with him. No, I don't know if he's really going to talk to him or not, but at least it did de-escalate and changed the situation real quick. A security officer isn't there to antagonize or create hostile situations now don't get me wrong. You can already see on my face a little bit flustered again. I had my 6-year-old who flew his drone over the fence on accident that he just got for his birthday today and it was next it so I was already flustered. Had a six-year-old child upset and then I have the security guard coming up to me walking up to me arrogantly condescending and very rude. Unacceptable! There are a lot of people looking for work so if he can't get his act together he should be let go.

Nicolas and his team at Heimdall Security Solutions stopped what was clearly a burglary attempt…read moreduring our home fumigation--I cannot recommend them highly enough! We hired Nicolas's company to provide security coverage during a 2.5-day termite fumigation in San Jose. On November 14th--Day 2 of the fumigation, which is statistically the highest-risk period for burglaries since the gas has dissipated enough for criminals to enter--an unknown individual approached our tented house around 4:12 PM. The security guard was positioned outside in his vehicle maintaining watch. When the individual started walking toward the tarp, the guard immediately intercepted him and asked who he was. The man claimed to work for "them" but couldn't name either our fumigation company or the exterminator company (who subcontracted the fumigation company) when pressed. He said he needed to check fumigation concentrations inside the house and other rather suspect claims when the fumigation crew had already left for the day. Here's why the guard's training saved us: He noticed the man was wearing a t-shirt and shorts with no company uniform, had absolutely no instruments or equipment for measuring gas concentrations, and claimed he didn't have his ID with him. The guard refused entry and the individual eventually left the property (after multiple stubborn attempts to keep walking towards the house...). We reviewed the security camera footage afterward and confirmed with the fumigation company that they had NOT sent anyone to the property at those hours. This was 100% a burglary reconnaissance attempt, and the guard's attention to detail stopped it cold. Nicolas was professional throughout the entire process, his pricing was transparent and fair, and most importantly, his team was well-trained enough to recognize when something didn't add up. The guard didn't just provide a physical presence, he actively assessed the situation and made the right call. For anyone getting fumigation done in the Bay Area, the burglary risk is real and documented! A house was burglarized in Willow Glen recently and now our house nearly became another incident for the news! Companies aren't trying to scam you, but you only need one bad apple in a fumigation/extermination company to call their friends or tip off someone to a fumigation scheduled and that's prime pickings for any would-be criminals. Don't skip security coverage! And if you hire security, hire Nicolas. His team prevented what would have been a devastating loss during one of the most vulnerable times for our home. 5 stars. Worth every penny. Thank you so much, Nicolas.

THIS COMPANY WASTES TAXPAYER MONEY…read more THE GUARDS WON'T EVEN LIFT A FINGER FOR THE SAFETY OF CHILDREN IN THE AREA. Armed Force Security was hired to provide security to a city-owned site at 16th and Capp St in the Mission in San Francisco, adjacent to my children's elementary school. Sadly this area close to BART plaza suffers from problems with shootings, fencing, drug sales and public drug usage. The neighbors and school parents were assured by the city agencies that this security team would also be taking on patrols of the sidewalks with the directive I pasted below. Since Armed Forces Security started the contract on September 19th, the many neighbors and parents that I have polled have seen zero presence in the area. There has been a number of issues of large gangs of 15 or more drug users congregating in the area, and graffiti accumulating daily of on the city-owned property that they are in charge of protecting. Even a local news source reported on how the area next to the site they are securing has become a haven for drug users (https://missionlocal.org/2025/10/day-207-at-the-16th-st-plaza-trucks-move-onto-the-plaza/). "Two Security Guards will be present during the times listed below- one stationed at the Capp Street entrance and the other at the Mission Street entrance. If, for any reason, their team is unable to be present during these hours, security coverage will be extended to ensure the site remains secure 24/7." - Security Contractor (through G&G Builders) Armed Force Security, Inc.
