I recently decided to upgrade my security system since technology has come a long way in 10 years…read more California Security Cameras did the upgrade for me and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. A quality security system is truly invaluable when you consider the peace of mind it brings, and this is a company you can absolutely trust. The process began with excellent communication from the office before any work was even scheduled; they provided quotes in a timely manner that were easy to understand and fit perfectly within my budget. What impressed me most was that they use only quality equipment, and Israel took the time to review both what I needed and what I didn't need, which was equally important to me. Israel and his team can be counted on to show up right on schedule and complete the work in a timely manner. The installation itself is top-quality, with a lot of care going into strategic placement to ensure total coverage. Before any work started, Israel walked through the property with me and openly listened to my needs before deciding on the final camera placements. Additionally, they are respectful of your home and animals while working. they take care to close gates and doors when coming in and out which was important to me. Once the installation was complete, he tested the entire system, ensured all cameras were adjusted properly, and then personally went over how to use the system. I'm the type of person who asks a lot of questions about projects before, during, and after, and Israel and his team made sure that I fully understood everything before wrapping things up. If you are looking for a professional, reliable security team, I highly recommend California Security Cameras!

I had an idea of what I wanted to do and they helped me realize that my idea would be a fire hazard and a code violation. They suggested a safe way to do what I wanted and I am appreciative of their knowledge. The tech got everything installed and working without issue. The second time, the same tech came out to do some electrical work. He installed some exterior outlets and added some conduit to an area that was out of code. Everything works as expected and looks clean. He was knowledgeable, professional, and got the job done. Greetings. I would…read morelike to Give a Big Thank you to TOPS For helping us out Last minute out of a hard pinch we were in. Dec. 2nd2017 we had a venue rented out for a capacity of 1,500 attends. We had a big line up of performers. The Venue requested us to have Certified security company with company Lic. and proof of insurance. So we had contracted out another security company and gave a deposit. Come to find out they dint have their permits. We had to scramble last minute on Friday Dec. 1st 2017 to get a security company that had all their permits in order and enough staff last minute. We found TOPS on yelp and called their office. When calling Edgar answered and took all of our information down and told us not to worry that they would be able to handle our last minute request for 32 officers. They told us to come down to the office to do a contract and payment. Supervisor Tristan was supper nice and helpful. The Same night Friday Tristan with 2 lead security's came down to the venue to do a walk through and to make sure they had everything ready for our event. Saturday Dec. 2nd 2017 came and start time was 7pm all their security guys where on site and ready by 630pm all the security they brought was professional. ( they do go a bit over board on searching guest) that's my opinion but they said it was for safety reason. They did a great job for our event. THANK YOU (TOPS) Ronald Johnson R&G Entertainment LLC.
