This is a terrible company to work for I received an email from dermela the scheduler confirming that I returned my uniform and they still sent me to a collection agency because I quit because they wanted to give me two days of work I am now seeking an attorney because I was denied a $25,000 loan for $500 so now I will be seeking the $25,000 loan that I was denied because of something that they lied about. Applied for a position months ago. Crickets. Not a peep. I even followed up multiple times going to the office without an appointment, thinking maybe my application got lost in the digital void. Still nothing. The silence is a blatant middle finger to my time and effort. I understand companies are busy, but I applied and signed for a position and after weeks never got a start date or orientation, nor even a generic rejection email would be appreciated. The sheer lack of respect for applicants' time is astounding. If this is how they handle potential employees, I can only imagine how they treat their actual staff. If I could post with zero stars, I definitely would've. I went to HR regarding needing accommodations for my disability. Not only did I feel ignored and brushed to the side during my last 3 months of employment (I was on LOA) due to not being properly informed or have my questions answered, but also disrespected and undervalued when I did get a response from anyone higher up in the company and received attitude for trying to question my position. The company's daily workings are completely shady, including expecting employees to work mandatory overtime and how they handle vacation payout, which both are nowhere readily available for employee review in official printed materials such as the employee handbook and we're definitely NOT discussed during new hire orientation. For some reason, vacation payout is once a year on hire anniversary date and you must have worked 1600 hours to receive it. My hire date rolled around and they did not pay my vacation out as I had only 1400 worked hours due to me being put on LOA because the company was unwilling to work with my disability recommendations. I was sent a review of my time employed with the company after I quit (I know it was auto generated, but still highly laughable considering the circumstances). This is by far the worst company I have ever worked for, from the district manager, to schedulers/ managers, all the way down to most generic co-workers. Almost everyone seems to have an attitude and no one knows how to properly communicate or handle situations. read more

If you work for the company be mindful of your paycheck not arriving on time for payday , your direct deposit bank information to be tampered with your field & scheduling manager will tell you it's nothing they can do but contact HR but once u contact them it's not much they can do as well so be mindful and double check your payslip I was cut $100 for 2week for a 1 day call off. read more

Just a bit ago, I was very poorly mistreated by a blonde, female guard. The time was around 19:55 today July 18th at Ruby Hills in Pleasanton. Anyways,, she was very loud and abrasive because I couldn't find my ID. After I showed her my ID it took her forever and a day to let me through so that was on purpose. She needs to be reprimanded. Only work here if its your last resort. The employess are increasingly rude and covertly harrass you for seemingly nothing. They will cuss you out and racially slur you without so much as a write up. You can expect a pay check every week but that's about it. Nobody takes any sort of accountability here so its pretty much a free for all. Guards are either sleeping or gaslighting. Bad service, can't stand in hallways apparently and no seats to wait in. Security ladies were unnecessary to bother someone who is minding their own business. Not a good look and not a place people should settle for. People came in to inquire about unpaid pay stubs and not enough hours which is so horribly unprofessional. They have no sympathy and I don't recommend anyone to come for an interview, let alone, work there. Never waited more than 30 min for an interview. They had interview appointments, but don't expect to be called in until an hour or two after your interview time. They will make you wait with no form of communication. I wish I could give this company a half a star this is the reason I'm getting out of security. When I work for Securitas both at the Walnut Creek and when they moved to Oakland both of my experiences will bunch of BS I was let go for a stupid reason. Instead of picking my own team they brought everyone rookie security guard to work at ADP Financial. Being a fact that my site was previously owned by G4S I asked my account manager that also remain nameless to hire guards with least 5 years of experience since we are dealing with people's money. They did not do it! They brought guard which was related to the account manager to work at my site. This little boy was having sex at the site, sleeping on the job, he even open every single door that needed a passcode. My supervisor which is coming from Vallejo had to come at 1 in the morning to open the main door to our office because this fool locked his uniform, the passcode keys, the regular keys, and the work cell phone. Me and him got to when heated argument to the point that we were about to throw blows but instead of firing him they fire me and gave him a promotion read more

Would never work for them again. Instead of them helping you they just use you. I was not given my hiring bonus because I rescheduled my orientation due to me having COVID. Nicholas the scheduler is the worst of them all if I could give negative stars I would. I got forced to choose a permanent site and they told me I couldn't be a flex officer just because I asked to switch schedulers to be closer to home. When asking for my bonus I texted ANNA HR and she sent me to NICHOLAS (SCHEDULER) and they just kept sending me back and forth to each other. When NICK told me that ANNA HR responsible for that and she told me that NICK was responsible for my hiring bonus. When I went back to Anna all she had to say is "NOPE" very unprofessional. After 5 months of not getting my bonus they finally send me to SIRA and she said I met all the requirements for the bonus. But I didn't get it cause I had Covid-19. And when I was hired I got told that if I got the VACCINE I could get a job at $25/hr in Facebook in SF but when I got back after they told me to get the vaccine. They told me that site wasn't available anymore. At the end I decided to leave because they took me down from 23/hr to 19.50/hr. One of the worst security company. read more

Not very good to work with, they rise your hourly rate every year on January the first by .25c and if they move you to another post they pay you either for good or bad, they will change your hourly rate and you basically starting all over again, plus the benefits they offer are practically impossible to afford by reducing them from your weekly pay check $250 or more for kaiser and about 150 for blue cross. read more

where to start they make there employees do mandatory 16 hour shifts, because the company can't keep employees. If you are lucky you get one 16 hour shift a week. The Company don't care so if you plan on working, make sure you dont have a life out side of work. read more
