Michael Davidson is a retired federal police officer and brings a plethora of knowledge which he and his team delivers through unmatched service. Michael's mother fell ill and was recently in the hospital. He stayed with her at night. Michael and his team are true professionals. They even included their patrol car is this was a very special event/detail. Showing up to meetings prior to the event and giving input regarding safety and security for all involved with the detail. We trust Michael & his company for our annual events. After searching through what seemed like endless advertisements for Investigators and Detectives…read morewhich I knew were not for me either due to the way their ads came across or not specializing in what I needed, I came across Beckford Investigation. I read through the information provided on the website and read the reviews from his CLIENTS. This is important to me because if you really want to know about a business you should ask someone who has put their hard earned money down for the service. My last piece of research was to speak with Mr. Beckford himself. This was the clincher for me. Mr. Beckford was professional, personable, informative, asked targeted questions, had a great sense of humor and did not make wild claims. One of the things THAT I LOVED was that in our initial conversation Mr. Beckford was establishing who I was and my motivation before deciding whether to accept the case! Now THAT is experience and professionalism! I brought my case to Mr. Beckford with information that was over 40 years old with VERY little hard information. I had tried myself over the years to resolve my issue to no avail. So in my decision to take the step to hire a professional, I knew I wanted the best agency I could find. I got that with Beckford Investigation. We were unable to resolve the issue this time around, but having Beckford Investigation in my corner I know I did not settle & gave it the BEST shot I possibly could! For me, this is huge! Thank you Mr. Beckford for your energy, knowledge, persistence and the peace of mind that comes with working with the best!

I can't say enough about his quick thinking, decisive actions, and kindness.  He truly went above and beyond, but he modestly said it was due to the training he received. So I also owe a debt of gratitude to CCAT for providing that training ... and for hiring Swat.  CCAT is an impressive organization, and Swat is an exemplary member of its team. Then he didn't want to charge me for all the extra time he spent with the turntable. I paid him twice what he asked for, and that wasn't even enough. Faith in mankind restored!!

After several quotes and on-site interviews at my home I settled on Beyond Sound. Mike, the Owner and another employee did a thorough walk-thru and discussion of what I was expecting along with my budget. The system was purchased from several distributors who inventoried upscale audio & video products. The installation started in about two weeks, per Mike's estimated schedule. The install took a couple days including wiring up in the hot attic and down the inside of walls. When completed Mike took lots of time explaining the remote system along with my iPhone connection. Wow, what a sound system with the beautiful TV. Who needs to go to the theater for the perfect sound and picture. I have it all. The finished product and install was on time, within budget, and I actually like Mike, the owner and his employee, who treated my Wife and I like the valued customers we are.
