Not fun. When I found out securing your property is a legit concern due to stupid criminals my stress jumped. I shopped around for local security. This only added to the stress. Some company's didn't have staff to add new accounts. Nobody would recommend another agency. And I read lots of reviews - there are some really bad experiences out there. Stress leveled up. I called AOne. Sandy was courteous and communicated well. I met with her and expressed my concerns. What if the guard didn't show up. What if the next shift didn't show up. These were legit concerns based on the reviews I read. She explained her process and I felt much better. First night of coverage her lead person John showed up a bit early to check things out. Then the guard showed up and John lined him up for his shift. I met all the guards and they were all professional. They didn't know me but took initiative to speak with me when I pulled up. And they all showed up for their shifts. So here's the bottom line. This company kept my property safe. They were all professional and courteous. I slept better knowing they kept watch over my property. Next time I need security services this is the company I will use.

Sometimes I refer to Yelp reviews to narrow down my decision in choosing a service provider. I was…read moreshopping for either DIY or professional install of security cameras -- for no particular reason at this time. And I only planned to have cameras installed after some work that was scheduled to be done on my new house. I reached out to Eyal of Protection Now via Yelp a few days before the escrow closed on my house. Eyal spent an hour on FaceTime as I showed him around the house to discuss the number and location of cameras needed. The house seemed untouched when it was filled with staging furniture for weeks. Stagers removed the furniture over the past weekend. Upon my visit at the house on Monday, I noticed the patio door of the ground-floor master bedroom was unlocked. I then saw there was water all over the master bathroom floor, the toilet seat was up, the shower door was wide open, residual water inside the bathtub basin, AND there was a lighter on the bathroom counter. Moments later as I was measuring the room, I noticed a partial footprint on the window sill and dirt smear on the side wall of the window. Of course, I called Eyal immediately. He speedily set in motion to get my cameras installed the next day. When Eyal and his team arrived on Tuesday, Eyal made a much-appreciated authoritative suggestion to me to also install an alarm system. They completed the installation of both security cameras and many alarm sensors in one day. Ernesto made sure the apps were set up correctly on my iPhone and patiently gave me a tutorial of the NVR functions. Everything was fully operational by the end of the day. All were done timely and within my budge to feel so much safer. Thank you, Eyal and team of Protection Now!

We inherited a complex system, but Eyal made sure that we could work with the system instead of replacing the entire thing (like most national companies had suggested). He took matters into his own hands to resolve issues that stemmed in the process of making the system our own and treated our case with attention and urgency. Ernesto was also a phenomenal tech and took detailed steps to ensure that our security system was up and running smoothly. At a time when many companies cut corners and try to upsell customers, Eyal is a breath of fresh air. We would heartily suggest working with Protection Now to everyone!
