Not fun. When I found out securing your property is a legit concern due to stupid criminals my stress jumped. I shopped around for local security. This only added to the stress. Some company's didn't have staff to add new accounts. Nobody would recommend another agency. And I read lots of reviews - there are some really bad experiences out there. Stress leveled up. I called AOne. Sandy was courteous and communicated well. I met with her and expressed my concerns. What if the guard didn't show up. What if the next shift didn't show up. These were legit concerns based on the reviews I read. She explained her process and I felt much better. First night of coverage her lead person John showed up a bit early to check things out. Then the guard showed up and John lined him up for his shift. I met all the guards and they were all professional. They didn't know me but took initiative to speak with me when I pulled up. And they all showed up for their shifts. So here's the bottom line. This company kept my property safe. They were all professional and courteous.
