The day after my wedding, I called Larry directly- before writing my Yelp review and gave him the opportunity to make things right- or at least sincerely apologize for the horrible experience. He chose not to do either. In fact, I specifically remember telling him that if he was not going to do anything to rectify the situation, I would never, ever recommend his company to anyone.
