In my eyes it isn't up to us other customers to say anything, but he should have. Here is what happened. As we all stood in line waiting to grab a prescription, a lady waddled up to the counter that was already fully occupied with customers and stood over a customer's shoulder. For one, that's a pretty big violation and the staff member should have told her that it was a invasion of privacy (the customer had to), and for two, when he was done with the customer at the counter he started to serve her when there were at least four of us waiting to be seen before her. Sure, any one of us customers could have spoken up but the pharmacy authority figure could have easily said "there's a line, you need to stand in it behind those people." If I would have said something I probably would have ended up on TikTok with an inaccurate title of "angry customer starts fight at CVS." Totally not worth it. He saw it, he did nothing, and while not the biggest deal in the world, accepting human entitlement is not cool in my world.

If they don't have your insurance (or old insurance) on file, they just charge full price instead of asking. They also just randomly canceled my dad's medicine that keeps him alive and he was off it for two days and it cost him a doctor trip. The amount of dangerous mistakes they make is unreasonable, and when you try to fix their mistakes, they don't let you and make it even harder. They're negligence is extremely dangerous. They're extremely rude. They're extremely unprofessional and they seem very uneducated. They have no idea what they're doing and are so passive aggresive. I was so sick today without my prescription and she was laughing at me over the phone. I am happy I gave them one star because there is one guy there who's awesome, and I feel terrible that he is grouped with the rest of them. There was a pretty good selection of candies and chocolates . I'm talking about BOGO or buy one, get 1/2 off second . They have two self check out stations . The same nice woman who welcomed us was also the cashier at that moment . She was beyond kind and made us all smile and laugh . We couldn't remember our rewards number but she was patient with us . We got a great deal for our candy purchases (as we went to Vons right after and Vons prices for same items were not discounted ). But what was memorable was the nice woman who took the time to make the visit worthwhile :)

I tried the Camino Del Norte location first before trying this one and both are so awful. My prescriptions are fairly straightforward. I usually hold up my phone so they can see the code. I never have extra questions. I barely say two words (usually thank you and yes please). And yet they still manage to give the rudest customer experience. And it's consistently rude each time. Today, however I have had enough and decided to leave CVS and I have transferred my entire extended family's care to a family owned pharmacy. Not to mention they are constantly OUT OF STOCK on so many of our common medications. I wish I had done this years ago because each experience puts me in such a sour mood for hours after.
