Please don't take it personally. In my experience, Kim has never tried to upsell me. She tells you what you need, gives you fair pricing, and that's that. If anything, I trust her more because of how straightforward she is. Yes, sometimes there's a bit of a wait--but that's because they take care of each customer thoroughly and in the order they arrive. This isn't a big-box store with tons of staff. If waiting is going to be a dealbreaker, you might be better off at a larger store with more employees. Just know that once it's your turn, you'll get her full attention and care. My wife's Cartier was serviced somewhere else and we got hoodwinked. Appreciate that Mo didn't make me feel dumb (although I did), but got it running at the lowest cost option first while we see if that did the trick.
