The cost is $150 out of pocket and they do not accept insurance but you can submit the info to your insurance company in hopes of reimbursement. The reimbursement process is quite a pain but that's mostly because insurance companies don't make it easy. I had to collect additional Info such as procedure codes and diagnosis codes in order to submit my claim. Eazy Testing did respond to my emails with this info (responses sometimes took a few days but they did respond). After numerous back and forth a with my insurance company I finally got reimbursed from my insurance (took 2 months). Also in regards to receiving results - after taking my test they said if I don't receive a call within 20 mins then I should assume I'm negative. The actual paper results would be emailed later that night or next day. So although it says rapid results available within 20 mins, you don't actually get the proof of results for a number of hours (up to 24). The location itself is clean and felt safe, fast, and professional. Free parking in the lot.

I decided to come here because the location was convenient and because I was easily able to book an appointment online. They have rapid tests, the one that takes a couple of days. I opted for the rapid. It was not terribly invasive. My negative result was in my email shortly after I left. The girl who was working there was great. Very friendly and really put me at ease. I would recommend this place if you need a test.

Despite that, I was left waiting for 30 minutes without anyone checking on me or providing any update. The waiting area was completely empty, yet I was still not seen or even acknowledged during that time. When someone comes in with symptoms like chest pain, you expect at least a quick assessment or some level of urgency. Unfortunately, that did not happen here. Based on my experience, I would not trust this place with my health. Patient care and basic attentiveness were clearly lacking.

But I can hardly fault the woman because she was simply doing her best and was a one woman show. She was running the front desk and all the diagnostic testing by herself. I'm sure LabCorp made a very pretty penny off of all of us today her included. I even emailed LabCorp corporate customer service. Never received an email response never received a call. It took me multiple times and over three weeks to get to a site that would take me again with many fluctuations online with scheduling systems. Only to be butchered in the end. A total racket. I would stay away from this location, but I would also stay away from LabCorp completely. Andy and because it took so long $25 parking fee.

You come in and you sign up and then there is a screen just like the screen at the DMV, although the wait isn't that long usually. I have been here multiple times for myself and my mother and I have to say everybody is always usually very pleasant. It's run very efficiently and the waiting room is comfortable with plenty of seating. Finally, UCLA did something right. I wish other UCLA departments were as easy and is efficient.

Los Angeles, Ca. Overall, I give high marks to this lab…read morebecause of the professionalism of the people who are drawing the blood samples (Phlebotomists). There can be hiccups though and if you are new here, be aware: If you don't have prominent veins, decline to have a new trainee draw your blood unless you're able to tolerate more than one poke. Try to get here as early as possible, like between 6:00 am - 7:00 am. This will enable you to park easily, especially if you use the Gayley St. entrance. If you happen to use the Westwood entrance, try to locate the 200 building parking area. Bring your cell phone. Check in at the kiosk keypad near the entrance to suite 145. You will be called twice, first to register at one of the three front windows, then at one of the blood draw stations that are through the door into the back room lab area. If you are not able to come early, your wait time after checking in may be up to 45 minutes. Parking becomes more difficult, just head to the lowest level and there are usually spots at the remote back end. When leaving the parking area try to chose an exit lane without a vehicle as many people have difficulty using their credit card in the machine for some reason or another. This can make for a lengthy delay in getting out of there.

exemplary hospital that gives exemplary care especially in the neurology department ICU and CCU…read morefloors. I was here for 13 days so I've got a really unbiased opinion on the staff & care here. nursing care during the day is superior . ICU , the nurses are one nurse for two patients in CCU four patients to every nurse with one CNA . I had terrific experience with the day nursing staff & CNA's in both ICU & CCU. CCU nighttime is a completely different story you would think you would get better care at night because most of the patients are sleeping but also the staff sleeps at the desk . I took a walk about 1 o'clock in the morning when I couldn't sleep ( they wanted me up walking anyhow) and the CNA was totally fast asleep at the desk ! no wonder he didn't answer my calls when I asked to get another gown to cover my bum so i could walk around. The night staff are cold and they don't listen at shift change to the other nurses they also don't read the doctors orders. My primary care doctor used to visit me at around 9/10 PM at night and the nurse was refusing to give me medication ! the doctor had to take her out into the hall and give her the order personally. The Neurology Dept here is superior. I've seen several Neurologists & Neuro Surgeons over the past two years and these doctors here are by far the best . if you need neurological care this is the place to have your procedure done. I can't say enough nice things about the neurological department at providence Saint johns Santa Monica I had some issues with the dietary department because the intake person put the wrong food allergy on my chart which pretty much wiped off everything on their menu that I could eat with the exception of some soups, broth , mashed potatoes pudding, boost nutritional drink and applesauce . I tried several times to straighten it out with the dietary department it actually didn't get straightened out until my last three days at the hospital The manager finally came up and visited me in my room . if you'll notice my other reviews I ordered a personal sized pizza delivered my first night in ICU.

After the first poke she took out the needle and said, ha ha ha no vein there. But later when my arm turned purple you could see the vein WAS there. A few days later it ached so bad I couldn't sleep. Went to urgent care where they diagnosed phlebitis, inflamation of the veins, gave me medicine for it and advice on how to treat it. In the past this lab had wonderful, experienced, competent, gentle phlebotomists, which is why I found this experience so shocking. !
