This is a good option if you need a test in a hurry and don't have the time to wait in lengthy lines. They offer rapid antigen testing and pcr testing. There was no wait on the day I went. The cost is $150 out of pocket and they do not accept insurance but you can submit the info to your insurance company in hopes of reimbursement. The reimbursement process is quite a pain but that's mostly because insurance companies don't make it easy. I had to collect additional Info such as procedure codes and diagnosis codes in order to submit my claim. Eazy Testing did respond to my emails with this info (responses sometimes took a few days but they did respond). After numerous back and forth a with my insurance company I finally got reimbursed from my insurance (took 2 months). Also in regards to receiving results - after taking my test they said if I don't receive a call within 20 mins then I should assume I'm negative. The actual paper results would be emailed later that night or next day. So although it says rapid results available within 20 mins, you don't actually get the proof of results for a number of hours (up to 24). Their last time in our office where we could have been exposed was several days before their positive test, but our bosses decided everyone needed to test. I decided to come here because the location was convenient and because I was easily able to book an appointment online. They have rapid tests, the one that takes a couple of days. I opted for the rapid. It was not terribly invasive. My negative result was in my email shortly after I left. The girl who was working there was great. Very friendly and really put me at ease. Had a scary Covid scare at work and gf to get tested ASAP before i could go back to work. I was able to walk in and get tested without an appointment. Got the nose swab in the afternoon and my results were sent via email the next day. Staff was friendly, nose swab was annoying for a second but i guess that's the nature of how we're supposed to get tested. Grateful I was able to go back to work the next day with minimal downtime. Don't waste your time or money. I paid $150 for the rapid test. Website says get results in as little as 15 minutes. However, it took HOURS for me to get my results emailed to me. The girl in the front said "she wouldn't send out any emails today because she was too busy" ?? She said she would call me and never did. This matters because I PAID $150 dollars. Also, the girl checking people in is also the person performing the tests which causes the line to move slower. The office is dirty for the same reason that she is ALONE. There was a dog that was let in with his owner to take the test and I'm sorry but animals carry the virus with them and that dog was NOT a service animal and should have never been allowed in. I've been trying to get my receipt for 9 days and no one has gotten back to me. So unprofessional. My job won't reimburse me until I show them this receipt. There's a ton of places taking advantage of the pandemic to take your money for a rapid test. Eazy Testing claims they will send you a form to submit to insurance - good luck ever getting that form. You will also not get your results as quickly as promised so beware if you have any sort of timeline to keep. There's enough other places to not deal with Eazy Testing. read more

Definitely, false advertising going on here. I came in for a "rapid test" and specifically asked and confirmed three times with the front desk and nurse that I was getting a rapid test. She said she would call me if I was positive. I took the test on Friday and it is Monday and I still have no results. This test costs $150 a pop and they schedule it as a "doctors appointment" so they can make money from you and insurance cannot pay for your test. I do not recommend coming here. There are many other free options that are less seedy in their practices. read more

I did the rapid test, and I was nervous from other reviews that I wouldn't get the results quickly. It was 4th of July so I needed them fast in order to feel safe enough to attend a family event. I sat in my car and waited, and got the results emailed to me within 30 minutes. (There was one guy before me, so I figured it would be more than 15 mins since there was someone ahead of me). But there was really no wait to administer the test, which was all done within 5 minutes. I highly recommend if you need a quick test. This facility was amazing! It was clean and safe. I was very concerned about going to get tested because I was afraid of long wait times and cross contamination while waiting for a test, but this place knows how to keep patients safe! Each room was disinfected with Lysol before and after each patient! An actual doctor performs the test instead of a medical staff member who can do it incorrectly! The cost was reasonable at 150 since other places quoted me over 250 dollars!!! I like that this test is not a rapid test and takes 24 hours to get results because the rapid tests have a high false negative while the 24 hour test is more accurate! It also helped having a doctor comfort me by explaining the risks of a positive test and the long term sequelae if my test came back positive! I should have paid attention to the reviews. Made a 9am appt. when I showed up. Nobody was there. Waited 20 minutes. Called and finally talked to someone, who told me "nobody will be there until 10/10:30." I had confirmed the appointment that morning. I drove to another site with both my kids. I got a PCR test on Monday morning at the Fairfax location. It is now Saturday. The website says results "typically takes 24-48 hours for results to be processed." It has been well beyond 48 hours. I went to Eazy Testing for an antibody test. After waiting in line for around 30 minutes (no biggy I get it) they took all my information. The person who administered the test did not seem to have any idea what to do but it was fine I guess they do not need medical training. I was told I could wait 15 minutes for results or they would email me in an hour or two. Time went by so I called and the person said by end of day I'd have the results. I called again and gave my info and the person said I'll have them any time. The next day I called and she said they don't have the results and they don't keep them long so I could go back and get a 50% refund. I said I was going over and to please call them and let them know if the refund and also to not lose my results again please. I went back and let the person at the front desk know the situation and she asked who authorized the discount and my fault I did not have the name. She said without the name I'd need to pay full price again. I did get the same person on the line and got the retest without paying and was told I'd get a credit. The person who administered the test took many ties and test kits to get blood (ouch) but got it. I waited outside and 15 minutes later someone else opened the door to let someone in and i asked about my test and she said your negative. I asked if she knew who I was and she said yes but honestly it seemed like she had no idea who I was. I never was able to get anything in writing and of course no refund came. I don't have confidence they keep their records straight and will get retested somewhere else. Kinda sucks. DON'T USE THIS BUSINESS. They induced me to use their services based on two material and false representations of fact. First, they represented that they would send me their insurance reimbursement form. After multiple requests via email and over the phone, the form has not been forthcoming and it has been over three weeks. Second, they represent that you will receive the results to the rapid test within one hour. However, while following up with the company because I had yet to receive my results after one-hour, the representative told me that they have three hours to send results despite the unambiguous language to the contrary on their website. Above all else, the testing facility appeared unsafe with poor ventilation and poor controls. I had a COVID scare, but felt I was more at-risk at this facility then I would have been just letting my original COVID scare naturally play-out.
