When the doctor finally came in, I was seen briefly and reprimanded for declining the very tests staff had been pushing from the start, which the doctor agreed would not have been necessary. The doctor refused to look at anything I asked her to and walked out. The clinic itself was dirty, dark, poorly maintained, and the attempted blood draw by an inexperienced technician left me genuinely feeling unsafe. I was also blatantly lied to by the doctor about lab turnaround times once I consented to proper testing. Overall, this experience felt transactional rather than medical. I would strongly recommend seeking care elsewhere. Go literally anywhere else.

Dr. Eshaghian greeted me with a smile in his voice and provided the most thorough patient care that I have ever experienced! He made me feel valued as a patient and went above and beyond to treat my symptoms. I also requested testing for flu, Covid, urinalysis and strep throat to rule out any further infections. The testing was all completed in house and the results available within minutes. I received an aftercare summary explaining treatment and symptoms. The facility is clean and well maintained. The patient lobby and patient lounge area is relaxing and has comfortable recliners for patients to use while getting IV fluids. Dr. Eshaghian is kind and professional with excellent knowledge and customer service. I left the area feeling 100% better that when arrived. Hai staff Karina is also nice and friendly as well. I finally logged on and realized I could be on a Zoom call with a doctor within the hour! I made my appointment, had a video call, and had a prescription called in to my pharmacy all within an hour or so. Could it get any easier? Love how easy their website is to navigate and schedule appointments. I was even able to send over my insurance information via their portal rather than filling out forms or calling in. They do have physical offices you can visit (it's not totally virtual) if that's your thing, but even once social distancing orders are lifted, I think this is a great option for people who are busy or dealing with common/minor health issues that shouldn't really require a big trip to the doctor's office. I'm personally much more likely to deal with a doctor's appointment if I can skip the commute, parking, and waiting room!

They always have a smile on a good morning. I think whoever hires staff at Cedars deserves accolades for their ability to find the best of the best in every aspect of the hospital. When I was with my Dad in the ER back in 2023 they failed to scrub the hub when they were pushing medications in his line. If this was a code I would have been a little more understanding but it wasn't. It's gross. They failed to reassess angioedema and airway obstruction as the night went down. Only I was asking him to open his mouth and double check. So much task oriented robotic care was going on, it was bloody unsafe. Now my aunt, well they killed her. I no longer have an aunt cause of this hospital. I won't get into further details but I encourage everyone please please report to CMS if you have speculations about a loved one's care. Don't even go to joint commission, go to CMS. It doesn't change loss but I know this one was a royal f-up.
