Returning the insurance card and ID has to be one of the most basic responsibilities of the job. This guy just set it aside returned the insurance card with the paperwork only no explanation. He said he was "sorry". sorry doesn't pay for the time and money spent going back there. They should offer to return the ID by courier. when I called back I got the scheduling department who refused to give me a name to write a letter to complain to then procrededto to blame me for "forgetting to ask for it back" Handing over valid identification and not returning it then pivoting to blame the customer is a violation of trust. When you get your scan done there ask yourself what other things might the staff there so casually disregard. People at medical front desks need to be professional and take their jobs seriously. I see lots of doctors and get lots of scan and never once was my ID KEPT without returning it. I was there another 20 minutes doing the scan but the place is not laid out so that I would pass the front desk, when finished, from wkat I can tell he left the voice mail while I saw as getting scaneed and was too lazy to get up and walk over to the technician and say he still had my ID. When the scan is over your not thinking about paperwork and IDs so accusing the customer of being the one who "forgot" is highly unprofessional and rude. They should emphatically take responsibility and return what they so casually disregarded. If they had called.and emphatically aplgized for not returning it rather than putting it on me I my reaction would have been far more accepting I will never accept a referral there ever again.

She is highly knowledgable in her field and takes the time to explain everything and alleviate your anxieties. Her bed side manner is incredible - she is very caring. Dr. Capiendo was there before the procedure and there when I woke up to explain everything in a way that I could understand. The surgery center is wonderful - From check in to check out the experience was smooth and fast and everyone has a smile on their face. Very clean and well equipped. Honestly better than being in a hospital. The nurses Barbara, Amelie, Susie and Renee were so caring and made sure I was very comfortable. Thank you Susie! You are the pillow fluffer queen! LOL I've had sedation before and I DO NOT like it but kudos to Gary the anesthesiologist who made sure I had the best sleep ever. I have been getting periodic epidural injections for my chronic back pain I think since late 2023 or early 2024. The check-in process has always been smooth, processes efficient, and the care shown by the RN's has been genuine. I've always had the chat with the anesthesiologist prior to the procedure (not general but rather conscious sedation). This center should be training other medical centers on how to be efficient , getting patients prepped fast, in and out in timely manner. On top of that, I've had the added bonus of nurses and other staff with excellent senses of humor. The parking setup is not ideal as they only validate for 30 minutes. I'd give them a 5 star if they picked up their phones when we call; several times my wife has had to call to ensure I'm ready for pickup and no one has picked up. This is very important when we want to pickup someone within the validation period. Having said that, I sure hope that I never have the experience of the 1-star patients, because I've come to expect only 5-star service here!

They set the tone for the incredible care, warmth, and high standards of Premier Women's Imaging from the moment you arrive. I had been going to another excellent imaging facility in Santa Monica for over 15 years, but my breast specialist wanted me to get a second opinion on an ultrasound, which is how I ended up at Premier Women's Imaging. My first technician wasn't the warmest and was a little off-putting for my first visit, but when I had to return for another ultrasound and biopsy, the other technicians were fantastic. I was also dreading the biopsy, but Dr. Bendavid was exceptional, as was Rose, the technician who accompanied him during the procedure. Overall, the facility is immaculate and extremely well-run.

My doctor requested an MRI w/Contrast (they had a copy of the order) when I arrived the front desk said w/contrast but the techincian who helped me said NO contrast. I went through the whole scary process of an MRI .. you know how that can be. The emailed my doctor with the subject MRI w/contrast and w/o contrast but then in the notes/and impressions said this was an MRI w/o contrast. Truly sucks that my doctor didn't catch this discrepancy either because the paperwork is not correct, which also means she didn't truly check. Also, I was billed for having contrast and was giving no type of injection or contrast so now im going back and forth to figure out what was ordered, what was done. Shame on this "medical practice".. people should pay more attention to their jobs especially with things that are more nerve wrecking for people should as an MRI. because now it puts me in position to have to face an MRI again, and do more testing.. Robert finished the clean up, wrapped my hand and wrist with stiff but flexible binding, gave me some extra large sterile gloves to keep my hand dry in the shower and sent me on my way.
