I tried several times with 2 different browsers, making sure fields were filled out correctly. Frustrating. I also tried downloading the images to my desktop, but when I tried opening them, no images. Just a bunch of binary code or something. Now I have to drive to the imaging center, pay for parking, and waste my time and theirs waiting for images to be put on CD. CD? Hasn't this technology been replaced years ago with USB? Building first impression is: Beautiful, looks like obsidian with well kept gardens and sturdy, refined design. I recognized the architecture being sleek and much more planned out than most buildings in Los Angeles. You're in Beverly Hills, though, so the front door should be smudge free. When I walked in, the receiving experience is of a very dirty front door. When you walk in it looks like a lobby, but there's a second one past another door. The receptionist Patricia M. did not turn around to usher me in. Being that it looks like two lobbies, it could be different offices such as in the Providence Roy and Patricia Disney Family Center. I made my way over and despite keeping my attention on her she refused to greet me, which was a major shock to me as a first time patient. As time kept passing I changed position many times, held eye contact that she avoided as if it was a big school enemy that had walked in the room. She tended to her client, sent her off and continued to avoid eye contact while she closed up her account, checked her computer and chatted with other workers. An unreasonably long amount of time went by where I realized I was being ignored. When she finally looked up, to my shock she tersely asked me what I was there for. Just like that. The disinterest in her voice and her dismissal was offensive. I asked her if she knew I had been standing there a long time and if she purposefully greeted me. I told her it was rude of her not to greet me. She doubled down with attitude by asking me what I was there for a second time. Forget wanting an apology, because I never would with someone so uneducated. But I saw in her face she had no interest to hear my feedback. It was as if I had not stated it. I asked her if she thought it was courteous service to act like I wasn't there and to ignore me when I mentioned to her that I was offended with her dismissal of me. I asked to speak to a manager, got their email. She had the audacity to ask me to include that she was alone and busy as if being busy has any impact on her ability to say "be right with you," or "welcome, please sit until I call your name" but no, she said nothing and act thoroughly unimpressed when I told her that her behavior is not at the standard of a business operating out of Beverly Hills. And I say this as a person that has worked at Geary's and lived in Beverly Hills twice. As a first time customer I am not interested in being treated like a ghost by a very rude receptionist with an attitude problem. Absolutely unacceptable and incompetent billing practices. I provided my correct billing information to this office, yet they somehow sent my bill to the wrong address. Instead of fixing their mistake, they allowed a $32 balance--caused entirely by their error--to be sent to collections. What makes this even worse is the dishonesty. When I contacted the collections agency and explained the situation, they clearly stated that the billing department has the authority to recall the account and that if a recall is declined, it is 100% the decision of the imaging center--not collections. Despite this, Beverly Tower Wilshire Advanced Imaging repeatedly tried to make it seem like the collections agency was refusing to cooperate. That is simply not true. It was lie after lie, deflection instead of accountability. They even admitted the billing mistake was theirs, yet still refused to properly resolve it. This is a horrible way to do business, especially for a medical facility in Beverly Hills. No patient should have to deal with stress, credit concerns, or misleading explanations because a billing department refuses to take responsibility. I made an appointment for an MRI. First of all, they were one hour and 20 minutes late for testing. I Requested 3.0 machine. They lied to me. They used a 1.5 machine for testing. Took them 2 weeks to give back my results. I do not recommend them. They have outdated machines. Their ct scan machines are very old and will expose you to a lot of radiation vs new machines. read more

I showed up and about 3 minutes before my appointment the imaging tech calls the receptionist to tell them they don't actually do the type of US I need. Nobody happened to figure that out when my doctor's order arrived. Wasted my time entirely. Also Radnet (who runs this place) customer service is terrible. Don't bother. read more

This place is terrible! They do not thoroughly review pre-work prior to appointments to ensure they have everything needed to actually proceed with your imaging (like the right kind of referral and "priors" meaning previous imaging). The result is that you show up for an appointment, made weeks in advance, and they can't do your MRI! This happened to me and I overheard the same thing happen to others, only about insurance pre-authorization blocking their ability to proceed with the imaging these people showed up for. I'm back for my rescheduled appointment, after a complete waste of time the first time. And now I've waited over 30 mins already to get called in for my imaging. What is the point of making appointments if you have to wait as if you don't make an appointment? The staff here are terrible communicators. They need to get their $hit together. Underground Parking lot is closed at 6pm ! Are you kidding me. So if you come for a late scan/mri ....parking might be a problem. Arrived 8pm during a week night (weds). And we got super lucky. Street parking (about 7 spots) on S Arnaz -side street and one spot was open! We were going to pay the meter and....free parking after 6pm. Unbelievable, in a good way! The two receptionist were not attentive upon arriving. I'm not saying they are goofing off (Likely they are working) but as others reviews have stated - they aren't happy working there. Appointment was 8:15(arrived 15mins early per their request). At 8:30pm they called her in, so we didn't wait super long. The technician was very excellent. (Completed ankle and foot mri , yes 2 ) in about 40mins. I could see why reviews are polarizing. We had to go to this location because my wife needed a mri before our trip. So availability was food. This facility provides parking validation as long as you're parked in P3. So, I parked in P3 and took the elevator to Lobby or 1. I checked in 20 minutes before my appointment time as directed and waited in the waiting area. When I was called in, I was taken to the dressing area to change. I was then taken to another room for the IV to be put in. I told the tech that I was a hard stick, so he called a nurse to see me. After a couple of failed attempts, she brought in another nurse with a couple more failed attempts. The issue I had was that I needed an IV for my scan, and they were having trouble getting my vein. After 5 pokes and 5 blown veins, they could not get the IV in, so I could not do the scan WITH contrast. They ended up doing the scan WITHOUT the contrast when the doctor specifically wanted one WITH. The nurse said that I don't really need it with contrast for the scan I am getting, and the doctor will look at the one without contrast to see if I need another one with... WTH?! She is not a doctor to tell me what I need or do not need... What a waste of time and energy! Also, I left the facility looking like a drug addict with needle marks ALL over my arms and hands. The back story is... I got a referral that stated WITH contrast. On the day of my appointment, they called me to tell me that they only take referrals that indicate, "with and without contrast." My appointment was canceled until they received an amended one. It's kind of ironic that I ended up getting the scan without contrast. This is BS! read more

Came in for X-rays, the parking is P3 under ground, elevators were not working and a couple of ladies one with a wheelchair and the other with a walker were waiting for a while for it to open, I only waited about 5min then walked all the way up to the street level since other people were doing so. Alarm was going off when I entered the building ( super loud ) so that's what why the elevators weren't working. The staff was quick to greet me but I was told to be there at a certain time and was called in around 35 min later. Place was full of patients so seemed forever, I finally get called just to be told to go back and sit because "oops sorry it wasn't your turn" Once inside the staff greeted me with a smile and was courteous. Radnet as a company is truly the most incompetent company. They wont let you pay in person and instead send emails from another institution with no context, just an amount and expect you to click on scammy looking links to pay for unspecified services. They schedule imaging at facilities that DO NOT have the equipment to actually perform such imaging so that you only find out after you spent time and effort driving and parking there. If your insurance requires prior authorization and denies it they will do absolutely nothing to assist in getting such approval including not telling you that the approval was denied. I was so annoyed with them that I scheduled with another provider but my doctor is linked with them. I called their scheduler and for some reason even with my zip code only provided me options really far away saying that was all that was available but when I asked about various specific facilities nearby they acknowledged they had availability also. WTF? Stop outsourcing to clueless people in other countries this is healthcare not some widget. This time they canceled my appointment even after I told them I had prior authorization but was out of town and didn't have the paperwork on hand - they waited until the last day to call me. The place is clean and members of the staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. However: 1. The MRI machine was built in1988. (I asked.) 2. I was reassured that it was updated in January, 2025. 3. The fan does not work, making a claustrophobic experience almost intolerable. 4. Since everything was supposedly recently updated, why was the fan not working? This makes me distrust how thorough the updating was conducted. 5. The tube for the MRI is quite narrow both side-to-side, and top to bottom. I am not a large person, quite the contrary. 6. I was told to ask for the wide machine next time. Next time? I think the MRI machine is antiquated, which gives me no confidence in the safety of the equipment. I have had many MRIs. This was the worst MRI experience I have ever had. My strong advice is to go elsewhere. read more

Eventually after numerous calls between Radnet and my provider I got it taken care of and scheduled a new appointment. The reason I came to this location is because I need a sooner appointment for my issue and this location had availability. It took me over an hour through traffic to arrive at their location. My appointed was 10am and I arrived at 9:15am. After signing in and waiting till about 9:40am, I was told that because I was late my appointment had to be rescheduled. Facility - absolute s**thole... this would have been unacceptable for any part of LA, but I genuinely don't understand how this is tolerated in a place like Beverly Hills. I know this is a long review but the lack of care provided here really put a bee in my bonnet. I'm including my own personal medical info here to make sure you don't go through what I've experienced. First, I want to note that the office staff and technologists here have been nothing short of amazing efficient and kind. For the second time in a row it seems like the radiologist didn't bother to even look at the images taken. I came in for feet X-rays for pain. Radiologist reported X-rays were negative, no issues found. The sesamoid bones on both of my feet are all in multiple pieces which is easily seen on the X-ray images by several of my doctors and laymen like myself and partner. Please note, I'd also previously been diagnosed with bipartite and tripartite sesamoids so I knew what I was looking at, luckily. Did this radiologist even look at the images? Does it matter that their report can impact treatment I get? Last year I had a lumbar MRI done. A different radiologist at this location wrote no issues at each level of the l-spine. This is patently incorrect, over the past DECADE I've had half a dozen imaging studies done on my l-spine at various imaging centers and I've been diagnosed with degenerative issues at most levels. I called the radiologist using the number at the bottom of the form that stated "for providers". He definitely seemed surprised to hear from me, but I explained the situation to the radiologist. His response implied that issues like degenerative changes, disc desiccation and annular bulges were all subjective and one radiologist may interpret the images differently. He said he would look at the images again but then implied he would be unlikely to change the report as he's usually not wrong. Radiology is a science and I would argue that any radiologist should be able to identify the same thing as another, otherwise isn't radiology just a form of art beholden to each radiologists interpretation and opinion? Why is it that every single other imaging study done (including ones by my previous orthopedic doc and a spinal surgeon, who both independently verified the issues I'd previously been diagnosed with) indicated there were issues? And why, when presented evidence to the contrary, would a professional doctor not want to amend mistakes on an official medical report that could affect how a doctor provides treatment or if insurance will approve said treatment? I can't imagine what would have happened to me if the radiologist at the ER who read the imaging for a severe case of cholecystitis I had had "interpreted" the images as "no issue found". I have MANY medical issues. I get imaging done on a regular basis on many parts of my body. I have records that span over a decade and official diagnoses. I am fortunate that I have the time, energy and education to keep tabs on what's going on with my health, however, I cringe to think of the prognosis for people whose doctors take radiology reports at face value and don't look at the images to interpret them personally. I can't imagine the damage being done to patients on a regular basis when doctors whose specialty is literally JUST reading medical imaging cannot do their jobs proficiently. The medical industry in this country is absolutely appalling in general and situations like make it worse. Please think twice before going here. read more

This was the worst experience of my life with a medical professional. I was the denied the right to privacy while changing ALL of my clothing during my visit. The medical tech said she needs to stay in the room and clean while her patients change their clothes because the facility is backed up. Watching me undress in a small space was degrading, creepy, uncomfortable and unusual. Then she watched me get dressed after the visit, it was disrespectful, disturbing and stressful. It was also quite unsanitary as she had her hand bags and personal items near the sink so I couldn't even wash my hands, and I really needed to do that before I left the room.
