Quick and easy. Appointments were available online, day of. Parking is right in front and you can be in and out in a jiffy. Staff was helpful and friendly and was reassuring throughout the process. She provided me extra copies of documents knowing that some agencies wanted me to send in a copy as well so she was on top of it. Seems to have various locations around CA so looks like it is easy to find a spot and just find a time that works for you. read more

I was be sure to call to see if the Live Scan equipment was available. I had gone to the Pico location and the machine was down. Booked an appointment online. Very efficient staff here and I was done in about 15 minutes. The results are available on 2 to 3 days from the FBI and DOJ. read more

This is a very organized and straightforward office. You have the flexibility to book, reschedule, or cancel your appointments online at your convenience. If you do not have access to a printer, you can email your blank forms directly to this specific branch office at WLA@WELLNESSMART.COM. Please note that the email address is different for every branch. If you need to call, I recommend asking whether you are speaking with customer service or the branch office directly. While customer service can answer general questions, they do not speak for the individual branch offices. The staff is very professional and courteous, and the building itself is clean and minimalist. I would definitely recommend this location to others. As an added bonus, there is a really nice coffee shop right next door. read more

Booked a 9:20 appointment, received a confirmation text the day before, and yet when I arrived the office was locked. When I called I learned they weren't opening until 11am but had not bothered to text me to let me know. Incredibly disappointing lack of service, I would not recommend this place to anybody. read more

I didn't have an appointment and walked in on a Wednesday afternoon around 1:15pm and was in and out in about 20 min. It was my first time there so I don't know if it is always this way but it made my experience so quick and easy. Definitely recommend going around this time of day if you can! read more

I came in for a TB test and LiveScan, and the visit was surprisingly quick and easy. The nurse, Brea, was friendly, efficient, and created a comfortable experience. read more

UNPROFESSIONAL LOCATION! I, along with 7 others had an appointment this morning from starting from 9 am when they open. The doors were locked at 9 and no one ever showed up. I called the number at 9, 9:15, 9:30- the representative said they don't know where the person is who should be in the store. When I requested them to help me then make an appointment for today for a livescan for the next nearest location or put me in the walk in line they said "no its not fair to the people waiting there". Understood, but how is it fair that we all made appointments, took off work, and wasted an hour standing outside this location with no direction or information about what is happening?? They suggested to make another appointment for a different time but they cant locate the worker at this location who is supposed to be there. At the very least if they are a legit operating buisness they should send someone else?? Beyond unprofessional and wasted everyones precious time who maybe cannot so easily take of another day or urgently needed to have that appointment at that time. Representatives also knew nothing. Was as good as talking to no one. read more

I had an appointment and I showed up and no one was there. I called the company multiple times trying to see if they knew if anyone was on their way to come help. A woman was very rude and could give me no information. I then tried to make an appointment at another location and they said we are only accepting walk-ins. It's not fair for you to put your name down even though you had an appointment another locationsometimes you might have to go here for work but just be prepared to deal with a lot of BS read more

Came here for my Live Scan finger prints. Easy and accessible and they have free parking. It is located in a shopping center next to a Dry Cleaners and opposite Hideko off Wilshire Ave on the Westside. I made my appointment early in the morning so I did not have to wait long. The inside is pretty bare bones, just two bench like seats, reception desk and then an area for the testing and/or scans. No frills, the ceiling had an ugly leak stain hole not sure if that's from the rain. Looks like a "pop up"store as it is so minimal but they said they have been here for 4 years. Oh and it was really warm, like no AC. They do other services as well like medical testing, labs etc. The ladies at the desk were friendly and helpful. I will say call to check the pricing because I paid $62 for mine (not covered by my employer) it's their fee plus the DOJ fee. So even though I checked on the IHSS website link provided, it said $26 that was NOT the case. They have updated their pricing since so just be prepared on the budget side of things. Outside of that, it was a pleasant experience. read more

It is ridiculous how they don't notify you that they won't be doing livescans on a certain day. I went in because I had an appointment for a livescan only to be turned away after driving in rush hour because they're not doing them that day. Why not call and cancel the appointment? read more

Typical - I called day before. Do you have polio vaccine. Yes . Cool. Thank you Walkin. Oh no. We don't have that here. We can send you to ( our other location). No but thank you. I'll go to my own doctor. So much for. We are easy and fast business. Don't waste your time. read more

Excellent service, very efficient staff and quick results. Highly recommend for lab testing. Thank you!!

Worse blood drown experience with Tiara "the nurse". She Didn't know anything about phlebotomy. She had nothing ready and missed my veines multiple times while I have the best veins. I asked her to stop and refund me. I am a doctor myself. This is not acceptable to any standard to have such poorly trained staff doing this to patients. read more

If I can leave 0star, that's what they get. What a waste of space, and people who work here. I had to bring my daughter a physical for her school sports activities. The receptionists, Catherine and another one who had green hair, are the worst. Their attitude got me on boiling point. We called and asked if we needed to bring anything, they said ID. When we got here, my daughter needed glasses, which we went back home and grabbed it. I asked why they didn't tell us, and their reply was, "they didn't know that we were going to come. We just walked in." What kind of services do you provide? Dear owner, please train your employees. Don't let them be on the phone scrolling Instagram and not paying attention to the patient. You need to check their attitude as well. read more

We arrived at 4:30 and the close at 5pm. The lights were off but the door was still unlocked and an employee was still working inside. I understand that places are short staffed right now but this kind of thing is my pet peeve. My girlfriend is starting a new job and has to get fingerprinted before she can go in. She was turned away because "the machine is already turned off." She's soft spoken, so I went to talk to the employee about it. She tells me they are about to close, the machine takes a long time to turn on, and then even asks if my girlfriend has the money to pay for it before conceding that she has no real excuse not to provide the service. I appreciate in the end, the employee did her job and we were still out the door by 5pm. read more

I walked in for TB Test, Drug Test and physical. Check in was pretty easy I went in on a Friday and have to return Monday for Tb reading. Overall it was pretty fast and easy, the workers were polite and made everything comfortable for me. read more

Came here twice to get a third party test kit for HART CVE test that I was paying for out of pocket without insurance. First time I came, the guy was cool and was extremely thorough with the paperwork the kit came with. Just as he was about to pull my blood, I asked about pricing. He said he wasn't sure how much it was going to be (even tho I was given a price over the phone when I was making the appointment). He said he needed to inquire and went to make a phone call. Unfortunately it was after hours and he was not able to process the it beaches he did not know what to charge me. I came back a few days and the girl that was attending me was very new and called a supervisor to help her process the kit. The supervisor immediately said that they do not process the kit. I live several hours away and wasted several hours making two round trips because they couldn't figure things out. Overall, I felt that the staff were not fully trained and just winged things. No one gave me the same answer. From making the phone call to make the appointment to dealing with the staff in person, *I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.* Also, the place was filthy with dust bunnies all over the floor and the walls had ugly grim on them. Clearly they did not hold a standard of cleaning. read more

Kind of creepy. Why do they have plastic models of embryos in development with signs that say: e.g. "10 days after fertilization," "30 days after fertilization," etc at a livescan, medical testing facility? The signs describe what the embryo is doing when it's 10 days old. I asked the woman working here today why are these here? She said: it's something for people to look at while they are waiting. Maybe they can get artwork instead. I wouldn't come back. I don't need weird anti abortion propaganda at a fingerprinting service site. Plus, the place is dirty. Plus, they have one person doing everything which includes check in, phone calls, fingerprinting, paperwork, so it is disorganized. read more

The staff is amazing! However the company itself wouldn't allow me to make an appointment for my TB test and so I had to do walk in and wait 30-45 minutes no matter what. I couldn't go until after work so I had to wait after all the people with appointments go before me. The company itself should allow for everyone to make an appointment. Other than that, it was all quick. I was able to get a live scan quickly the first time I went and the second time I had to wait for all the appointments to go first. Such a great staff, welcomed me and explained everything thoroughly without getting frustrated with my frustrations. read more

I could probably say Five Stars and easily live with myself. I found WellnessMart, MD to be everything and more that I had hoped for. I didn't even realize that this service existed, but man, they got it down in spades. From the initial phone call (s) I had asking questions, to my dropping in for the application to the follow up visit, I thought that they do a great job. They're very knowledgeable and helpful. And friendly. They get you what you need in a timely fashion. And, they're not afraid to educate you along the way. I'd almost think they might get tired of answering the same questions they undoubtedly get. But, truly, they deliver service with a smile. The lady who helped me couldn't have been nicer. And the results came in a timely fashion. Costwise, it didn't seem outrageous. Just know that they take NO INSURANCE WHATSOEVER. So, maybe that's one question you won't have to ask them ;). read more

Great place! Fast, easy and efficient! Well run office and very competent staff. Highly recommend.

This place is amazing! The customer service was on point, and even though I didn't make an appointment and did a walk-in, they did their best to make sure I was taken care of. The lady below that left the review on Catherine makes me laugh. I was in the other room listening to the whole conversation, and that lady was completely in the wrong LOL. If you're going to do a walk in and not make an appointment, expect that it sometimes makes it harder for the employees to accommodate what you're asking for!? Obviously!? For my case, the employees were great and I'd gladly come here again. read more

Hours say they're open 10:00a-4:00a on Saturdays...it's 12:15p on Saturday and the office is locked. No one's answering the phone. Lights are off. If people are gone to lunch or something, the hours should reflect that. read more

WellnessMart, MD - Hours that don't seem accurate - Laboratory Testing Near Me - Los Angeles, California

They offer services that seem great for people that may have limited access to medical help due to insurance costs, etc. They offer an affordableTB test, which I needed to try and volunteer at a local hospice but their customer service leaves MUCH to be desired, I didn't get my TB test completed, and my volunteer service is delayed. Lessons I learned - BEFORE you pay for and let them administer the test that requires you to come back for a reading, proactively ask them the timeframe, and what their hours & availability are during that timeframe to you can complete the reading. I didn't do that and should've, but I walk away having learned to do that going forward. Alas, in this instance I did not do that, paid for and got the test administered, and then learned AFTERWARD they were only open 11-4 on Sunday (of a holiday weekend) and that was my only window to return. I knew could probably not make it work, and despite trying I did not make it before they closed. I tried to call the following day and I guess they were closed for the Labor Day holiday as no one answered after multiple attempts. When calling this AM to try and sort it out I was told it'd have to be redone and that I'd be charged again (but of course). If that is the consequence of the timing for the test not working out, it'd be really nice if the staff would be more conscientious about making sure the timing for the entire process works for everyone BEFORE doing the stick. Had I known the window was so limited, I would have come back at a time I for sure could have made the entire process work. I bet they struggle with repeat business with that approach. I won't be back. read more

In theory this place is a great idea and option. However they only ever have one person working. All I needed was a refill for prescription for labs that I take to another lab and they won't do this over the phone. So over 45 min waiting to pay for a prescription for labs! Seriously- this place could be great but it sucks every time. And like others said - staff is pretty blah and rude. Not sure they are even medically trained. read more

I needed to get a TB test done and, naturally, I'd left it until the last minute. Thank goodness for WellnessMart! I walked in, filled out the forms, had my TB shot taken, and given a card for my return visit (48-72 hours after the injection). All in less than half an hour, tops. Cris was excellent, and made the process easy. Thank you so much! (Pssst. They're open on Sundays, too!) read more

I was surprised to discover how convenient this entire operation was, the parking lot is indeed an added plus. Honestly, all of the nurses I've dealt with (3 young women total) were extremely sweet, patient and eager to answer any questions which is rare to find in these types of establishments. Genuine customer service matters. There has only been a small wait when I've walked in, and other than some minor disorganization behind the counter this place is great and I will return as needed. EDIT: I would recommend the owner always have more than one staff member on schedule at a time, as the nurse also acts as receptionist and always seems to be multitasking too hard. It seems unrealistic to answer phones, attend to patients, inject, fax forms, etc. all in a timely manner. read more

I called this specific location and made an appointment for a physical on September 16. They told me my appointment would be Thursday, September 23 at 9 AM. I was the first person here at 9AM and they told me they didn't have me for an appointment in the system and that there was nothing they could do. I'd have to put my name on the waiting list and wait outside. They should have a better system. If I could rate this place zero stars I would. read more

I wasnt sure what their operating hours was (9 am or 10am). But I showed up as a walk-in at around after 10 and there was 2 people in front of me. We all waited outside. Theresa was by all by herself so gotta give her all the credit and great work. read more

This place is a great idea and overall is very useful, but the logistics drive me crazy. There needs to be more than one person working there. He shouldn't have to answer the phones in the middle of doing tests/vaccine and someone should immediately speak to you when you walk in. Just one or two more employees would be perfect. However, very useful and well-priced! Update: Tischa is great and very efficient. Will definitely make sure to come back when she's here! read more

Went to get my TB vaccination and Medical Exam for Immigration purposes. I called a bunch of places from the USCIS website that are qualified to give the paperwork. This was the only place that seemed to have any clue about what was happening and what I needed. The woman answering the phone (Angel) was very coherent, informative and very nice to deal with. Straight up and knowledgeable. Once I got there I was the only customer and I met with Angel the woman doing the shots. Lovely woman and she took care of me right away. Shots were totally fine and more or less painless. I was out of there in 25 mins, Thanks Angel. See you on Friday for my results and paperwork. read more

The single employee did their best to juggle all of their responsibilities. No complaints there. The management however, does not seem to give a damn. Judging by the more recent reviews, this office has been understaffed for the past couple of years, yet they have done nothing about it. If you have an extra hour of your day to waste on waiting, then by all means, set up an appointment. read more

Friendly people and service is good. Caveat is that they ask for an additional $35 for a prescription for vaccines they do not carry. The $25 marketing campaign "for a travel consultation" got me through the door and the $35 additional prescription cost is keeping me from ever returning. I feel that the business practices are deceptive (although the digital marketing is effective). Next time I'll stick to a real travel clinic! read more

The way women are treated in this place is nothing short of appalling. My wife went in for a pregnancy test and was asked the most inappropriate questions by the staff such as "Do you really think you are pregnant?" and "Is this a good thing or a bad thing?" When she turned in her scipt from doctor showing she was there for a pregnancy test the person reading it shouted out "Pregnancy test!" She felt humiliated, harassed and judged. A place where blood is drawn should be professional, ethical and unbiased. Wellness MD mart is unprofessional, unethical and misogynistic. read more

This place is perfect. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. I came here last year to get a TB Skin Test, and was in and out within ten minutes. Came back, got it verified and bounced. One year later, I'm working with the same volunteer organization and need to get another TB test or provide verification of a TB test within the last two years. Given that I got a TB Test the previous year, I was hoping I would be able to get a verification from this place but I wasn't sure, just because it wasn't a ginormous hospital. Nevertheless, I decided it couldn't hurt to drop by and ask. Long story short: they did have records of my TB test and getting a printout of it was FREE. I'm sure they could have nickel-and-dimed me for getting a new printout one year later, but they didn't. It can't get any better. Not to mention, this place is impeccably clean and has a great, welcoming atmosphere, and all the employees I've ever seen working here are attentive, knowledgeable and fun. If you're even considering coming to check this place out, JUST DO IT. You won't be disappointed, promise. read more

I was told on a Friday three weeks ago that I needed to get a TB test ASAP and Yelp helped me find this place. It's great that they are available on the weekend. I had a TB test done back in June (for free at the county health clinic in Whitter), but new regulations for a job offer required I get screened again or get a physician to sign off that I am not a risk. I arrived Saturday (the next day) afternoon and the place was empty. I was helped right away. The employee was very kind. He signed off my paperwork and charged me the TB test fee, which was fair as he was doing the paperwork and a basic screening. He said that if the paperwork was not enough for my job and I needed the physical test anyway, that I could come back and get it done at no additional charge. I like that this place requires no appointment, the staff is nice, and that they offer many services at a fair price. I mentioned that this location was far for me and he said that the location off La Cienega would have been closer. I wasn't aware there was another, but now I know! :) read more
