It was overloaded because the scheduler had them pickup boxes at another client also making them late for our appointment. The broken pieces were shown to the movers along with the broken O-ring that they destroyed. We filed a claim and sought an estimate from the manufacturer. Before the estimate was completed the mover declined the saying they did not know the bed worked before!!!!! Think about that before you have they move your stuff. Would they know if you large screen tv worked before moving? Total cost fir this repair is less than $300.

My trailer was broken…read moreinto though and stole over a thousand dollars worth of tools and messed up the trailer, also several other enclosed trailers at the start of the pandemic, so around April 2020. Never got any info on it, no cameras detected anything, so thieves tried again about a year later and almost cut through locks a second time, that's when I moved out seeing it's a reoccurring problem. If you have nothing of any value to store might be alright but I would advise against a work trailer that may have tools. Thieves break in easily to this facility and you are on your own.

They have been excellent to work with and this is our second summer storing. The office ladies are friendly and super helpful too- they text details and we've been very happy with the communication. We pay $100 for 30 days of outside storage that is gated/locked overnight and weekends We can entry/exit as often as we need to either restock or take the RV for wash etc. super easy and convenient.
