My trailer was broken…read moreinto though and stole over a thousand dollars worth of tools and messed up the trailer, also several other enclosed trailers at the start of the pandemic, so around April 2020. Never got any info on it, no cameras detected anything, so thieves tried again about a year later and almost cut through locks a second time, that's when I moved out seeing it's a reoccurring problem. If you have nothing of any value to store might be alright but I would advise against a work trailer that may have tools. Thieves break in easily to this facility and you are on your own.

Not only that they were able to get me in under the Spring discount which saved me even more money. They didn't have to do that but they did. Honesty, integrity and incredible customer service. They have even fielded phone calls from home when I needed them. Facility is SECURE, well lit and have music playing so you don't feel like your in alone in a haunted movie. I received a partial refund a week later. Called management often with no return calls. Finally got refunded for the lock but the company kept the administration fee. Online payments are easy and no problems with either of our 2 units which are always dry, free of rodents/insects and found securely locked as we left them.
