When I asked about rate increases she told me I had to contact the corporate office. Y'all make it super easy to move in at first month free, then increased our rate after being there only 2 months. Rate was increased twice in less than one year and the increase was a lot. Over $100 increase in the span of less than one year. About a month prior to move out I noticed our property had been damaged due to a hole in the unit. Rain water had gotten into the unit and damaged several boxes. I went to the front office to let her know and there was no apology and no concern. I would have thought she would have suggested to go to the unit to see what was going on and put a service request in to fix the hole. She just looked up our unit, said you don't have our insurance, and there was nothing that could be done. She could have at least suggested to go see the unit to see if they could patch the hole. I am very disappointed with the service provided by the property manager as well as multiple rate increases.

At one point we were asked if we stored food in our boxes or bags. Totally ridiculous, and the staff made it seem as if I was lying. I've heard someone say they started out paying $30 per month only to end up paying over $150 per month in less than a year! I think this company preys on the fact that moving is a stressful thing to do, so they expect people to deal with price increases rather than move. Not me! Luckily I only have a few things to move but I can't imagine how people with a lot more stuff to move are coping right now.
