It is at the top of the hill with parking for cars and they also have Penske trucks to rent out. Teri, the manager, is one of the sweetest people you may ever meet. Always smiles and ready to help and she will do anything she can to help you. The facility is always clean and well maintained and the trucks that she rents are always at top notch condition. Different sizes of units available and they also have outside RV parking covered and uncovered. The prices are compatible and the service is awesome so what else can I say that will make it easy to understand that this location is great. Call Teri at Aloha storage for all of your storage needs and for truck rental too (Penske) and you'll be happy that you chose them. I even had the freeze of 21, destroy my entire unit when the sprinkler pipes busted and flooded the first 3 units in the building... Through all these rentals, the service has been top notch for me and my family. As I close this time out, I worked with Collin and he, as expected, provided the same exceptional level of service I always have gotten. I will be back.

I've had at least one unit here for nearly 30 years. Yeah, I probably could have owned my own facility by now. But I cleared out my parents house 20 years ago and I've been clueless about what to do. However, let's get to what really sets storage units apart, and that's the staff. Good luck if you can ever find a human at some places. In the nearly 30 years we've been here, we have had nothing but positives to say about the staff. The lady that dealt with us for years when we first rented was amazing. I don't remember her name, but Angelica now is an absolute dear. She may well be the kindest person I have ever met. My bank has the dumbest autopay system ever created. They write checks and mail them. Well, two of the last three months, the checks never arrived. Angelica knew I was frustrated and how many times has she probably heard "the check is in the mail"? Except this time she figured out the mystery and actually found one of the missing checks. She is an absolute treasure and I am grateful for her help. P.S. I'm dropping my bank autopay system for something a little more 21st century. Thank you Angelica!!!

I have had a Storage unit at SecurCare Self Storage for over two years…read more During my recent visit to my unit in December 2019 I observed rodent feces all over the majority of my belongings. Including damages done by what appears to be rats which have now eaten through plastic cabinetry personal items, and have damaged my furniture including box spring and mattress sofas and tables. I was unaware of any rodent infestation's at this location after doing research on the app Yelp I did find other documented instances where rodents have been reported at this location. No one ever informed other tenants about the issue. I am very upset about the damage done to my property and this was the only furniture that I had in addition my personal belongings with much higher sentimental value of family heirlooms including things I had for my wedding have been completely destroyed. I have reached out to the owner and he will not get back with me. He obviously does not care about his tenants and their property. It is also very expensive especially for the quality of this location. DO NOT STORE YOUR THINGS HERE.
