When I told her this is not the first time its happened and I would like to speak to the manager ... she told me she was the manager so I asked for the district managers name and number ... she told me ... we dont have those ... I asked her who her boss was ... she told me she did not have one ... I told her that there has to be a corp number and she said she does not have that number ... when I told her I was going to hit up all the social media platforms and post this out there ... she told me ... well I will try and find it and give you a call .... still have not received that call .. so I called another location and was told that is not the company policy to NOT call customers when something happens to their unit and I was given the corp number to call and speak with someone that could address my issues .... DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION ... THEY ARE NOT HONEST ... IT IS NOT SAFE AND MANAGEMENT AT THIS LOCATION "MIA" IS NOT TRUST WORTHY OR PROFESSIONAL

I went there because my car was towed, and while I was calmly putting air in my tire -- not causing any disturbance, not blocking anyone -- a staff member came out aggressively and told me to "leave your sht and get out."* Yes, those were his words -- completely unprovoked. No respect, no explanation, no chance to speak. Just pure hostility. I was stunned. I tried to explain I had a flat tire and was just trying to take care of it before moving. Instead of helping or even speaking like a human being, he became aggressive and intimidating to the point where I genuinely feared for my safety. This facility is not only unprofessional -- it's shady, hostile, and absolutely disgraceful. No one deserves to be treated the way I was, especially when they're already dealing with the stress of having their car towed. It's clear this place has zero customer service, zero human decency, and zero accountability. I'm filing a formal complaint with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation and exploring legal options. This kind of behavior should not be tolerated anywhere -- and certainly not from people who deal with the public daily. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague. I wouldn't wish my experience on anyone.

After the fact, I was told by the new facility manger that they have had many break-ins, and there are no cameras on the first floor.
