I went there because my car was towed, and while I was calmly putting air in my tire -- not causing any disturbance, not blocking anyone -- a staff member came out aggressively and told me to "leave your sht and get out."* Yes, those were his words -- completely unprovoked. No respect, no explanation, no chance to speak. Just pure hostility. I was stunned. I tried to explain I had a flat tire and was just trying to take care of it before moving. Instead of helping or even speaking like a human being, he became aggressive and intimidating to the point where I genuinely feared for my safety. This facility is not only unprofessional -- it's shady, hostile, and absolutely disgraceful. No one deserves to be treated the way I was, especially when they're already dealing with the stress of having their car towed. It's clear this place has zero customer service, zero human decency, and zero accountability. I'm filing a formal complaint with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation and exploring legal options. This kind of behavior should not be tolerated anywhere -- and certainly not from people who deal with the public daily. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague. Through all these rentals, the service has been top notch for me and my family.
