After reading other reviews, it appears I am not the only customer with concerns about security at this location. Customers trust storage facilities to protect their belongings and communicate promptly when incidents occur. In my case, neither happened. This has been an extremely stressful and costly experience. Between the theft, lack of communication, and serious security concerns, I would strongly caution anyone considering storing their valuables here. I will never rent from this facility again.
