I have just been informed that my personal unit, which is currently advertised at $125 per month with a promotional first-month discount to $97 (move-in), has had its rate raised to $351 per month.That is what they charge at this location for a unit three times the size. I have documented evidence of this discrepancy. It seems that the company engages in questionable pricing practices. As a long-standing tenant with a reliable payment history, despite the facility experiencing issues such as frequent break-ins, I find it unfair to bear the brunt of such price hikes. Given my current health situation, including recovery from open heart surgery and caring for my elderly mother, I am particularly vulnerable to such increases. If circumstances permitted, I would consider relocating to avoid what appears to be exploitative pricing. The worst place to put your things in. My storage unit was broken into and the manager has not even tried to get a hold of me. I want to report a claim so I can collect from my insurance . My items are missing and stolen I would like to hear from somebody. It's not a safe place to store your things...I don't even want to give it a star it deserves nothing. It doesn't allow me to post so I am warning people do not take your things there. And lots of homeless living in the storage facility. Anyone can break in and take whatever they want. Please Read!!!! Warning!!!! If possible I would not suggest storing nothing here. Back in December 2022 I had gone to my unit and it was burglarized. My unit is inside a building and prior to that I had my brother store items there 2 1/2 weeks prior to this incident. Initially I was informed that they had surveillance that can go back 2-3 weeks and I kept calling them and applying pressure until the worker Brianna got me in contact with the area manager Lauren Marciel. She then informed me that the surveillance can only be obtain if it happened within 7 days (1 week). They informed me to just get in contact with Moreno Valley police department. I informed Lauren and Briana that I wanted my items out because the lock I had was broken into and metal shavings all over my unit and locked broken into pieces. They obtained an exact lock like the ones you have to have for your unit and substitute it for one that wasn't to my keys. Mind you that you have to have an access code to enter the main gate (first security check point), then my unit was inside a building where you need another code (second type of security check point), lastly to obtain one of their locks you can only purchase through them or special vendors (third type of security check point), lastly there's cameras that look up and down the hallways. I had 10-15 Louis Vuitton belts with boxes and receipts inside them ($10-15k) Burberry belts ($5-$7k) Gucci and MCM bags and accessories ($15-$20k) and 50-100 pairs of Jordan and Yeezy shoes ($20-30k) not including all the other new stuff I had in there. Imagine working so hard for them to take it? Or have it stolen. Don't forget that I had asked multiple times to have a lock smith or their maintenance guy to swap the lock that wasn't mines to have it replaced as they said they can cover that for free so I don't pay out of pocket. The maintenance guy was nowhere for months. Then I went April 4th 2023 @2pm to get 10-15 totes of clothes and shoes that were for my kids a Samsung washer and dryer. I go there and they have a new yellow loco inserted in my unit as they replaced it without me being there. They informed me that the lock couldn't be changed unless the person renting the unit is present. Why they did this? There reasoning was because I didn't pay the until since February. As I said before I didn't want my things there and been asking multiple times for access to my unit and replace the lock smith. I am currently with an attorney. If anyone needs or has questions about the incident or have a similar situation please feel free to reach out as the only information that I can release is they have had many complaints and it can be an inter working of one or more employees. I did want to post a picture of my unit after the first burglary which was taken on 12-26-2022. Lauren the area manager needs to be fired and I am going to complain to corporate with my attorney. She informed me that the only thing the police department does with these type of situations is make a report and don't investigate it. Suspicious to me. They have more information on the police process instead of giving me the correct information on obtaining surveillance. I been going through a depression and lost motivation due to this whole ordeal. Please find a better facility. Some of the photos you'll see have metal shavings. read more

This place is top notch. LaRisha, the store manager, is very helpful and accommodating and the assistant manager, Sally is always trying to help me get the best possible deal. I own a dance studio, and need to rent a u-haul frequently for prop transportation and they always help me out. Best deal around and great customer service! Place is nice and clean too! We have had a storage unit there for several years and the price increases to much and you get nothing for it. Our unit faces south and somehow gets a lot of dirt and leaves in it. I would get rid of it if I could, but we have way too much stuff. read more

Okay first things first this place sucks try to suck you in with first month rent a dollar then after that it goes back to regular full price. Plus they make you buy there stupid lock saying its harder to break sure it is....fyi that you cant not use anywhere else but there facilities right there they try to suck u in they got me don't let them get u.. so I'm stuck with 3 locks x 15 dollars I tell u a waste of money there just sitting there now... the one in Moreno Valley the manager her name is Courtney she could be nice in the beginning to suck you in then she turns evil later on and sje shady not trying to work with u at all trying to act like a wannabe Hustler when she calls for a payments....... Terrible customer service! 10 minutes after we finished moving our stuff into a unit, I was ready to fill the truck back up and move it some where else. Too bad we had other things to get done that day. Without getting into detail, a company or individuals won't go far if they are going to treat their customers the way we were treated that day. I don't see how this place received 5 stars. I was looking for a storage place this week and was shown a unit that was filled with rat feces and had a strong odor that aggravated my nose the entire evening. I contacted management and the only thing they said was, "All storage units have rats. We will sweep it out and mop it before renting it to you." Unbelievable!! But I am glad I found out. You would think that before they showed the unit that would have already been done. The specials are great but nothing will entice me to put my belongings in a place that is knowingly infested.
