Service is terrible, my account has been charged multiple times, I've been charged late fees before my due date, are multiple break ins (my items have been stolen), staff here will take advantage of you - especially the manager Nadia - and it's difficult to reach corporate. To start, the employees that work in the office of this facility are fine. They do their job. However, this review is not about the employees. This storage facility has had multiple break ins - my unit being victim to one of these break ins. The owners or corporate, whoever handles this sort of situation is doing nothing about the break ins. They aren't installing more security cameras. They aren't compensating your monthly payment for the break in, they're doing nothing. Your monthly payment will also arbitrarily increase despite online prices, for the same size unit, remaining below your new increased monthly payment. Many of my items were broken during the last break in (April 2025) and nothing will be done to better or improve the situation. I moved my stuff out. DO NOT RENT A UNIT HERE. read more

My husband and I picked this storage place because it was female owned and veteran owned sadly our experience was less than pleasant we called because we received an email saying that we had not paid for the storage unit in full which we had we booked straight through their website. We were then told by the manager of the place (who told her employee while we were on the phone to hang up on us) which took forever to get a hold of that she would take care of it, and our gate code was usable. We recently tried to use the gate code and it said invalid when I called I could not get ahold of anybody and got sent to the phone lines of their corporate where I explained what happened and I was informed that she canceled our storage unit!! No call back like was promised nothing just radio silence and a canceled storage unit. Highly recommend going absolutely anywhere besides here. read more

This is by far the WORST storage unit! My storage unit was broken into and a lot of my valuables were taken and one told me until a week later only because I went to grab some things and noticed my things were gone. When I went to the office to see what happened they said they tried to contact me when in fact they didn't. They also double charged me and the lady in the office said her storage was paid ON MY CARD by accident! How is that possible? This is very unprofessional. read more

I have been with this storage facility for many years. The staff is very friendly. Nadia has always made me feel welcome and appreciated. She always says, "hello" when she sees me and remembers specific things we've talked about in passing. Just curious, I have been with you since you have opened at this location quite a number of years ago. Every 6 months you raise my rate like clockwork by 10%. This last time you raised the rate after only 3 months. I was just charged to 275 online for my 10 by 20. And you are offering this unit for 183 a month on your website. Why am I paying such a high premium rate when I am a very long-term loyal customer? Happy to update this review if some fairness intervenes. Put some stuff away in my storage unit and the lock I had didn't fit so I went to Walmart to buy one and while in Walmart my wife calls me and tells me my kid had a allergic reaction to a fever and had to take him to the ER and was there till like 2 am I came back in the morning to my storage unit and there was a lock on my unit the lady in the front desk told me she walked around and saw I didn't have a lock so she went ahead and locked it for me really responsible and nice for her to do so and for that I give this place a million stars read more

We've been a loyal customer for many years ,and for some strange reason, our storage unit was broken into. ( secureCare ), I don't think so, they didn't secure, and they didn't care. It's been 7 hole long day's since this happened, n they haven't even spoken to our nothing. What makes it so hard is that it most likely was someone working with in the Company. Wonderful staff. That was my original review when the staff did not steal my storage from me. How did they steal it ? They sold it without proper notice didn't give me any time to pay the last month bill. Called me days before the auction and did not return my call once I called them back because it was to late. This is not how they normal handle my account they normally emailed me all of my statements and the steps that would be taken and the time frame I had. This time they skip that important step and sold all of my family stuff. Broke mine and my children's hearts. We were already dealing with being homeless which I had disclose this information with Steve once before He also knew that we had moved from the address that we original signed up with and said He understood email was the best form of contact or a phone call. The only notice I received was a phone call on the 29th my storage was sold on the 2nd. Someone from management said they would contact me but no one ever did. My children and I are still upset in regards to all the stuff that we lost. I am considering getting a law suit against this facility for lack of notice given before my storage was sold at auction. read more

Not pleased with this place at all. There was and still is a discrepancy with my billing statement. When paying they never have itemized deductions shown. So it's made out to look as though you've never paid anything, it just keeps a high balance. The dates are not accurate. Very deceiving. I will never do business here again. If you do,,, stay on top of your bill.I gave it one star because it's clean....oh and you have to leave a rating with a damn star,in order to post a review. read more
